Cool will always be my favorite song of theirs. At their first concert here I made a Haewon #1 sign and held it up during her chorus and gave her a raised fist and she did it back and looked right at me and had a very emotional look on her face. Never forget that moment, I think it meant a lot to her to see so many fans supporting them.

You have to see the STAGE practices! The real magic of NMIXX is their vocal and dancing skills! Not every MV has a stage practice but it's extremely worth watching. At least is what I like the most about them, the live singing. Unmatched skill in the current kpop.

Since you asked for the lore ... summed up (very) shortly: there once was a paradaisic place called MIXXTOPIA ... however, it was destroyed, and NMIXX escaped the destruction on a sailing ship (that ship is the first thing you see in the O.O debut video) to eventually strand in our world - or rather a more dystopian version of it. When you see floating debris and flying whales in their clips ... that's what's left of MIXXTOP'IA. Their mission now is to return and rebuild MIXXTOPIA. However, they have to fight against a mysterious organisation, MONOPOLE, that wants to make everybody look and be the same. So, in spite of them having some superpowers, they are not the shining heroines but the hunted outcasts in our world Now, the storyline is not as stringent as with e.g. aespa, and most of all it is not in chronological order but a bit chaotic (of course, this is NMIXX and "chaotic" is their middle name). My recommendation for you - watch the concept film of the Fe3O4: STICK OUT album, called *Outsider Club* . It's not with music, but the cinematography is through the roof - this one actually could as well be shown at a short film festival; it's 6 1/2 minutes even without the second part. Chronologically, it plays right after they stranded and gives a good impression of the NMIXX lore.

Hello! I know you just reacted to some MVs and I'll watch that after this but I wanted to chime in with one other cover that I really loved from them: Move Your Body. Whether you watch the video or the live performance, both are incredible. Their vocals are so stable despite the fact that they're literally just exercising.

Quick summary of NMIXX's lore! O.O We just found a magical box and world both called MIXX where our imagination becomes reality.... let's use it to stop discrimination!! Also we made a ship with it Dice nevermind a giant cat suddenly appeared to kill us + we just discovered a dimension called MIXXTOPIA where we could make our wish of an equal word come true DEFEAT THE CAT!!! Party O'clock WE DEFEATED THE CAT LET'S CALL NSWER AND PARTY TOGETHER Love Me Like This Drama, drama and more drama. The owner of the store that helped us when we first got inside the MIXX DISAPPEARED and the store is now being managed by someone else. OMFG NO WAY THE STORE WAS SELLING CANDY THAT COULD KILL NSWER??? WE NEED TO INVESTIGATE oh wait actually there's a whole organization called MONOPOLE and their leader trying to go to MIXXTOPIA before us and the monstrous cat was also made by them?? DASH & See That? (Happen at the same time) YAY we got some nswers back! HAEWON LOST THE BOX THAT COULD GET US IN THE MIXX. MONOPOLE GOT IT AND DESTROYED OUR SHIP. WE'RE OUTLAWS WE'RE SO SCREWED Haewon is becoming crazy and suspicious... Let's not trust her NOW WE'RE IN PRISON. Everyone has got LITERALLY mental disorders: no one knows what's lily doing, haewon and sullyoon are mentally insane, sullyoon just betrayed us, jiwoo thinks she's a kid, bae got a eating disorder and kyujin is KILLING PEOPLE. We break out of the prison > Sullyoon is manipulating all us into betraying the group > Jiwoo is the only mentally healthy one I don't think that was easy to understand but well lmao

The Korean title for "See That" is 별별별 (Byeol Byeol Byeol). Byeol has double meanings, weirdos and stars. The song exploits this double meanings as a word play to convey that NMIXX is a weirdo and a star at the same time. That is NMIXX's way of saying to their haters that NMIXX and its members are seen as weirdos because they don't follow the stereotypical KPOP standards but they don't care. They don't like to be confined in a stereotype and they will just be themselves even if they get criticized for being different. They are weirdos and stars at the same time and their only path is up so they ask everyone to break their stereotype and stick with NMIXX, be brave and never back down in the face of challenges. FYI, NMIXX received lots of hate and criticism in their debut for being different from the KPOP standards.

Hi Avaleri, just wanted to say i’m loving these reactions and wanted to make a few recommendations for reactions as someone who’s also whipped for Bae lmao Their promotional content for Fe3O4: Stick Out has the members all looking incredible in the See That? MV aesthetic. the ‘OUT SIMULATION’ trailer and ‘Outsider Club’ story film are both like 5 mins long and will have you shook. If you want to see Bae being generally funny in variety content then definitely watch her ‘Hwipoja’ series where she was filmed trying varying part time jobs (Haewon has also been doing a similar, more popular series that is called ‘Workdol’ and Bae has also appeared on this show twice) In general the NMIXX official channel puts out enjoyable, fun variety content with all the members tho so now you’ve seen their songs, i’d love to see you reacting to more of what these girls are like because they’re just as chaotic as their music
