I really hope they have looked into him for the unsolved disappearance of Ashley Summers who went missing just a few miles from where this girl was picked up by him. My parents lived on W.58th street by Bridge ave which is about 1/3 mile from where he picked this girl up. It is a well traveled city street at all hours so it shocking he was so brazen. Train ave where he took her is a very isolated area with few houses. I now live in the suburb where he lived in North Olmsted. It's about 10 miles or so from the site where the girl was picked up.

Cellphones became widespread in 1994. I remember how it was from my junior year of high school. In early 1994, no one had them. By summer of 1994, it seemed like everyone had one. Then, a year later, the internet became a big thing. I guess this lady is thinking more about smartphones.

I was a junior in highschool when your sister was murdered on the Parkway. I grew up literally a 5 minute walk through the woods from the Parkway. Also the Colonial Parkway was/is my favorite road to get from Williamsburg to Newport News Virginia. I don't know if you know this but at this time they have a couple of sections of the Parkway closed to traffic. Just some info in case there might be something to check out in reference to your sister's murder. God bless you and your family and the other families of murdered people. May law enforcement be more forthcoming with you and other families especially after almost 40 years of dragging y'all on . May the murderer be found alive so y'all can get some justice. Continuing to pray for all of the families.

Well, the FBI says they solved the Shenandoah case. Of course, the perp passed away back in 2018. Guess 2024 is the year many of these cases get solved.

Colorful, but mot deranged! And no minor children were abandoned in a movie theater during the solving of this case.

It does my little true crime heart good: to hear so many, and diverse, voices interested in seeing these unsolved murders solved. Hopefully LE is paying attention too.

In a lot of murder cases, The Authorities seem fairly worthless. Big cases seem to get hung up on the opinion of a handwriting expert, a dubious lie detector test result, or some other singular thing.

I've recently read on a KIRO 7 uodate that Randy Taylor was seen drinking beers @ an Applebee's not far away from the theatre parking lot where the white Nissan was found. He was seen leaving in a taxi from that restaurant, reported by C-Ville Weekly.
