Fuck Brad for ever touching the stuff. He screwed his son out of a Father! Jakob has a right to be pissed off for not getting to know his Father. We all know Bradley LOVED his son but damn man, it would have been better if Jake got a chance to know Brad. I'm sure he is conflicted, but it's not for us to say. It's extremely personal. Bradley changed our lives, yes. Jake has the same traits. He's moved me already. This young man has the force of thousands of father's... but he only wanted the direction of one, his own. Never forget the pain he feels. Please, it has to hurt to approach him and mention how great his Dad was.... Stop. He is his own Man who has grown up without knowing because Bradley couldn't kick the curse. Just pray this kid doesn't follow in Daddys footprints. I don't think we could stand the devastation all over again. Jakob keep kicking ass.

Holy shit, when I heard Pool Shark playing I literally thought it was Brad singing. Jakob has a great career ahead of him. His dad is embedded in his soul, but it goes beyond that. Jakob is so talented. I'm glad that he fell in love with his father's music and keeps the songs close to his heart. Let the lovin' take ahold over me.

I can hear his dad in his voice too. I miss Brad but am so haiku he lives on through his amazing son.

Not only did that documentary help me get the help I needed for pain pill addiction, I reached out to Todd and he has been a huge part of my recovery! He’s gone thru it and compared to his addiction I was just a beginner! I was taking 30 pills a day! Norco, Percodan, Percocet, Oxy, Fentanyl any pill I could get! 7 of my 10 year addiction my pills came from doctors! Then I was cut off! No tapering off, no recommendation to get help! Dr pretty much said FU deal with it! That’s when I hit the streets! Finding guys on Craigslist to sell me pills! I did t care I just didn’t wanna get dopesick! I was able to work full time to support my habit! Then I watched The Long Way Back and checked into outpatient rehab the next day! Been sober since! 10/07/2019 is my sober date! I’ve had two surgeries since that day! Knee surgery, not a single pain pill! Almost cut two fingers off on the tablesaw at work, surgery the following day, no pain pills! I’ll never touch one of those little devils ever again! If you need help contact Todd! He will help you like he did me!
