Thanks Professor!
Hello Phil Lord, Your video on From the “Cult Watchers” to the “Anti-Cult Wars”: Tracing the Path to Rich Scientology was extremely informative, and I believe many more people could benefit from it. However, I noticed that your channel isn’t getting the visibility it deserves, and this is likely due to SEO-related issues. I can help you improve your video rankings, increase subscribers, and ultimately, convert more viewers into clients. Let me know if you'd like to discuss how I can help take your channel to the next level!
As a random mf watching this, thanks covid
Unable to hear with volume all the way up
Well done sir!
Thank you so much, Sir!

You are awesome! I learned better through your teaching way.
Very informative and simplified understanding of Canadian property law. Thank you

Hello sir how can i connect with you
I prayed for 50 years for God to show he's not the worlds largest Man made Scam to control the Masses. Never Got anything except logical Fallacies and Why God would void prevail
cool stuff
shoutout to you phil. this shit still makes absolutely zero sense to me but you did a great job teaching it, and it's not your fault that this subject is indecipherably complex. 🏳🌈 cheers to my people
helping me learn this entire study in two days for my exam. thanks king <3
🤝
Thank you so much!
Merci
This has been so helpful in illuminating much that affects me but that I knew so little about. Thanks Professor Lord. With little to no experience in administrative law, this first lecture offers accessible content explained well with examples and additional resources to explore.
Love your videos!!!
Thank you. You explain some complex terms and theories so clearly. Property law can get boring but you really teach it well.
Are you anytime starting a series on Canadian Constitutional Law?
That is not the voice i expected to come out of that human
The audio is too low
thanks alot
So what does it mean if police wont give you footage and claim Contrary to the public interests
Iv just started to understand thats whats happening to be hence its like speaking to the wall. I came to find out its like the movie minority report? 😊 however now since our i.ds is being administer against, we must become neo in the matrix? It is frustrating thou especially if you've taken up your faith?
No bill of rights😮
This stuff is gold, man. To anyone reading this: when an individual finds themselves in a courtroom, 95% of the time it is administrative law being applied. Meaning, learning how to navigate administrative law will be of aid 95% of the time when an individual is in a courtroom. Thank you Phil for taking the time to create this material and share it with others. Studying law has been a hobby, so to speak, for at least 8 years. It is very difficult to find good material on Canadian Law. I find this playlist to be a substitute, for lack of a better word, for the failings of Canada's contractual obligations to the ICESCR Article 13; in short, teach the people the fundamental principles of law; give them the ability to defend themselves in a court of law if every wrongfully accused. This alone would resove the problem of people accidently wandering down the paths of freeman on the land, sovereign citizen, OPCA litigant, etc. I find those paths to be the symptoms of the failings of Canada to its contractual obligations. My only criticism would be the low volume of the video. It is hard to hear and I have to turn up the volume, then get blasted by ads that at max volume, turn down the volume, repeat. If this could be corrected, it would be awesome man. Either way, it's still 5 stars for me.
What you have in the JW organization is the use of fear and coercion for membership, labor, and money period. They think it is love that the JWs operate in an environment of fear of their fellow worshippers. This attenuates the ability of a critical thinker from being able to discuss openly about questionable teachings. As soon as someone questions something from the top openly, that person will be turned into the elders by someone who thinks he is doing a loving act. Watchtower is now also using legal means to stifle free speech of the victims. Its all about big money period.
Your videos are so helpful. I really appreciate them.
His accent really distracted me, sounds....
How does the rule of law apply to property law?
But since game theory involves business strategy, doesn’t that make it bias? Essentially it’s a zero sum game.
So essentially if I understand correctly that to be impartial would require material facts. Wouldn’t material facts involve natural law? Circumstantial evidence isn’t real evidence compared to direct evidence. They would also need first hand knowledge of the matter since an artificial person can’t observe reality and doesn’t have the perception of a human being. Also, a collective body doesn’t have first hand knowledge, it’s an impossibility.
Property is real, tangible, and intangible. How does a government get the right to interfere with my intangible property which would be my intellect and thoughts? How would it have in its possession my intangible property? Natural law existed before positive law
If we are going to bring up positive law then let’s acknowledge the different methods of game theory which includes backwards reasoning, prisoners dilemma, and zero sum game. Truth isn’t based on game theory as truth has real value and existence. Natural rights existed before government. How as a matter of fact can an artificial person that isn’t real, can give or take away property?
Yes very few understand the Fictional All CAPS NAME GAME
The rights of the group involve artificial persons that are fiction and based on my knowledge a collective body doesn’t have a physical mind. This would involve the social sciences which is abstract and not concrete and real. How would torts be avoided because there would be a lack of epistemology and metaphysics as it relates to the fundamental nature of reality which would be natural law. There is legislation acknowledging the supremacy of God and it has a relationship to the rule of law and Aristotle.
As an Orthodox Jew I am meant to obey not only the wisdom of my forfathers and there rules but also the law of the country in which I reside.
WELL Done.
Super great course! Reaaaaly help me a lot! Thank you so much Professor Lord!
Thanks for this!
Canada should conficate any property from all owners for their insulting ugliness!
Hey, just to thank you for posting this to the public. I remember how massively triggered I was when we were told to read and understand Dunsmuir year one semester one of law school, only to have vavilov come out the next semester lol
Thanks for the concise explanation.
Thank you for this wonderful video on property law.
