easy design - 3D Printing - ball bearing support | Creo Parametric 8.0
มุมมอง 735 หลายเดือนก่อน
This is a very fast tutorial step by step on how to design a very simple ball bearing support. This specific design considers the fact that the ball bearing won't ben stressed along the axial direction. This is the reasn why there is only one element that blocks the translation of the bearing. The other translation direction is blocket by the shaft itself.

This video shows the process I've followed to create a DXF file for a laser cutting machine starting from a JPG logo image and a user-defined text font. I've used Creo Parametric 8.0 as modeling software. This is the detailed procedure: 1. find the logo/image that you want to replicate. You need the .jpg file. In this video, I've found online a logo, then I've taken a screenshot. 2. convert (on...
ARDUINO + FARMI chipper - controller HW construction & installation [3/4]

After having done the feasibility analysis (part 2/4), I've proceeded with assemblying the whole system to create the new controller for the Farmi Profi CH27 wood chipping machine, since the original one is broken and doesn't respond anymore to the commands. Hi TH-cam! In this video I'll show you the reverse engineering process I followed to understand how the farmi profi ch27 controller works, together with all the component we have in the system. The basic behaviour is governed by 4x basic signals: - 2x digital inputs. These are the basic forward (fw) and backward (bw) commands. After almost 3 years of perfec work, the wood chipper watsn't responding anymore to the commands. Neither radio commands, nor manual control. Hi youtube! We present here the way we do wood bundle with wood branches. This is a quite fast and effective way to collect, transport and then store wood branches from the place where you cut them to the storage where you let them dry out. You need a small winch together with a rope, to keep the bundle formed. Hope you enjoy!

    I used to own a small pet grocery line, mostly for pet rabbits, guinea pig. I added wood pellets as bedding material offer, and visited the factory in Durban south Africa. Very similar operation and i was fascinated. I always wanted to buy my own pelletizer to mill my own Teff, Lucerne and Arogrostis feeds, however i had to sell the business before i could further expand. Nevertheless, a pellet machine is an amazing piece of equipment!

    Per aumentare la compressione basta allentare i rulli dalla trafila,la prima compressione avviene lì ,già testato dalla mia esperienza,unico problema che aumento il consumo elettrico,tanto è uguale sè monti la trafila più spessa .

    • @profilo_is_back
      @profilo_is_back 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ciao! grazie per il commento! si, vero, sicuramente regolando la posizione dei rulli rispetto alla filiera cambia la compressione del materiale. Ovviamente maggior compressione richiede maggior consumo elettrico e minor produttività della macchina. Non è sempre la strada migliore, infatti. Considerando anche che avere un materiale troppo duro non è poi buono per le coclee delle stufette. Ciao!

    USA here. WOW!!!! GREAT JOB! Keep up the GREAT WORK ON THE VIDEOS! This is very informative! I've been looking for something like this for my shop. How large of a storage area are you using for the wood chips? Based on that size how often do you need to fill it? I understand there will be a different consumption rate depending on the weather and temperature, but on average how much raw material does it using .... in a 24 hr cycle? You have me hooked on your videos. I have watched a few so far and look forward to watching the rest of them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

      hi! Thank you very much for the comment, really glad that you like my videos! Well, you're right, it really depends on too much factors. In these days, here in Italy its quite hot, talking about 5°C/10°C. My house is not thermally isolated and we are using about 1.5/2 big bags every week. 1big bag of wood chip (not good quality material) is about 400/600kg. Let's assume 1000kg/week, it's almost 150kg/day. These,as you may imagine, are very rough calculation but can give you an idea. Our storage area (there is a video on the channel) is about 2.5m x 2.5m x 2m. We fill it once a week in this period. Hope this was helpful for you. Let me know if its ok, and let me know if you want to see something specific about the plant, I can make some videos! Best regards, Filippo

    How long do those bearings last?

    • @profilo_is_back
      @profilo_is_back 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It really depends on the quality of the bearnig, on the mechanical mounting and on how much grease you use. Moreover it also depends on the hardness of the wood you are pelletizing. IN general, few tons of material. Then we dismount them and we turn them on the other side, so that we can almost double the bearing duration.

    I grow mushrooms as a hobby, and one of the advantage of wood pellets vs other wood-based mediums, is the fact it has less pathogens that could contaminate your batch, because of the high temperatures reaching during pelletization due to the extremely high pressures. I was always a bit doubtful of that claim, but seeing the vapor coming off the pellet dye is really something, and definitely clears up any doubts I had! Thanks for the video, always interesting to see how stuff gets made.
