What’s the tiny thing in the envelope for?

How often do you need to replace the filter? I’m sure it’s based on how hard your water is so I’ll ask you on how hard you would classify your water. For reference, my water is pretty hard and full of minerals.

I just purchased these same sunglasses. They've cheapen the packaging apparently. It used to have a very nice print inside the box, and the box itself was different. It closed evenly and the cardboard was softer.
