I respect solar for speaking out regarding this issue. I think as much as celebs have no control over all of their fans actions, they do have somewhat of an influence to right the wrongs in their fanbase. They don't even need to address it like solar did but just perhaps show public support towards the people who the fans are attacking at that moment to reduce the aggression. Examples: 1. Moonbyul vs loona: both moonbyul and loona members publicly promoted each others activities at the time when their fanbases were actively fighting with each other. 2. Wheein news of joining the L1ve label and early activities there: ailee tweeted to her fans to correct the misinformation that was spreading about the L1ve and wheein. 3. Both eric nam and solar publicly supporting each other. Them addressing it should be enough to calm their fans down. Those fans who continue to be outright hateful and disrespectful regardless of what their celebs say are surely undeserving of their place in the fandom.

To those toxic knetz: To think you have any right to decide anything, like you have some kind of ownership of an idol, is sick and delusional. You are a consumer of the product they produce. Period. They, their personal life or even professional life, does not belong to you. You are not entitled. They are not your child, your lover, or even your friend. Let them live. Stop hating. Use that energy to find yourself a psychologist instead.
