That looks like a Lowara motor. I wouldn't bother fixing it.

Thanks for posting this video - no one explains that an oversized VFD can have its pentameters set to control smaller motors. I guess most people an only afford a VFD just big enough for the job they need but sometimes larger ones come available at a bargain price :)

You are seeing infinity on your megger tester. 1kohm is the too low, 1Mohm is the minimum you want to see on the test.

How much Voltage you put in IR test for 3 phase cable (phase to phase)????

With so many switches put together there is a real risk of fault masking in the circuit. Perfectly fine if you don't need better than PLc protection. Which is obviously the case as you use a single channel output. But NO, it is not suitable for most industrial machines!!

The only way to shield from water is to have a cover, perhaps self designed to cover all and around the motor with a port for circulation of air where water will cause minimum chance of entry.

i feel like this safety Really is overrated ... There is lot that can be done without the relay
