Fireboat in Action on Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco
SFFD fireboat St. Francis helps extinguish a fire on Yerba Buena Island in San Francisco.
There's no sound so I added some classical music. Seemed appropriate. Hit mute if you don't like it. Or leave it on, then get annoyed and leave an exasperated comment for everyone to enjoy :)

As long as there is enough water for the draft, hard to beat the firefighting firepower of a fireboat.

It took a bit of time o arrive on scene but once on scene and pumping what an impressive display of a rapid fire knock down.
they should put the fire boat on a trailer and take it to the mountains for fires -- it has a much stronger and endless stream than the trucks

Wow! That fireboat must have a massive water tank! It was endless. As you can clearly hear, it also has the capacity for a 50 piece orchestra, plus a whole opera company, as well as over 120lbs of their sheet music. Very impressive!

I was SO irritated by the music. Until the climactic ending when you realize this thing at full power was just beutiful. It could cover that whole mountain/ cliff and beyond with water. The music really was in sync at the end. Oddly beutiful.
