this is not a record at all, the record is 13min 31sec, and this is almost exacly like survivor, the only differencie is that creatures are nicer to deal with, u only need to eat 4 fruit instead of 5 at the beginning, and u have to be perfect with swimming because monk has less lung capacity

@@KatsuhiroHebi What's wrong with using an exploit to skip rng of deers and make an speedrun be actually interesting regarding the tech implied on it? It just makes the quality of the speedrun rise and make it look cool. The core of speedrunning is the research the community does on the game looking for exploits and how to perform them efficienly and consistantly to save more time in an speedrun, and the time speedrunners spend doing runs trying to pull every tech discovered that can save time into a run and perfection the performance on it. You can find this on any game in speedrun.com since years already, this is what speedrunning is about: discovery of tech and exploits and perfection of the performance of them to beat the game as fast as possible. I hope the time I spent explaining this helped you understand why using exploits in a run doesnt mean anything bad :3 (Also, if you think an speedrun without exploits is better, you should try doing any% with any slugcat on the 1.9 version of the game without vanilla exploits enabled. It's literally not possible because you can't skip the guardians on any way, the devs actually included vanilla exploits so speedrunners can still do guardian skip and all kind of former glitches to make speedruns better)

@@Jhosua_27 uso "bugs" en todos los speedruns que hago, por ejemplo, el hacer un ciclo de starve y despues salir del juego y volver a entrar es un bug que hace que tu karma suba sin tener que hacer nada, y todas las veces que me salto los guardianes estoy usando los "vanilla exploits" para poder ir a ascender es verdad que quizas no se ven tanto como estos que uso, pero en verdad no rompo el juego de ninguna manera, solo aprovecho en el principio que hunter spawnea a la izquierda de la habitacion y lo puedes controlar para ir a la habitacion que esta despues de montar el ciervo y despues aprovecho la ia del ciervo que se rompe cuando te tragas la bola de esporas a la que estan mirando para poder pasar, sin esos dos glitches, hunter any% seria muuuuucho mas rng and muuucho peor de lo que es ahora

@axoletrw es que de pana, los siervos son horribles, no puedo terminar el juego porque nunca se quieren mover, y no creo ver qué usarás Bugs en el speedruns del slugcat secreto, ese vídeo si me encantó 👍

@@Jhosua_27 por que usar bugs en un speedrun es malo? un speedrun sin bugs es normalmente no interesante y aburrido y si, use bugs en toooodos los speedruns que he hecho, exepto por dos de ellos

@axoletrw no digo que sea malo, ya que e visto varios speedruns y son de puros Bugs, pero aveces es más rico el que no usa Bugs (lo malo es que dura más xd) pero si hay mecánicas y caminos los cuales se pueden usar para saltar al final del juego y fueron los mimos programadores que los pusieron ahí a costa de unas mecanicas injustas para que no sean usados entonces ahí si es mejor el speedruns sin Bugs

the two tricks i do at the beginning is hunter wrong spawn, wich is controling the scug to go to the room at the left and then go thru an screen transcition to get the camera back, and the other one is deer skip, wich is about using the old raindeer ai that breaks the game when u eat an sporepuff theyre staring, very funny im also very happy the run made it to the end was the one with nsh overseer :3

so to multiply the spawns of a region u have to load it more than once in the very first cycle you enter that region the easiest way to do this is starving when you enter for first time, but you can also enter, exit and enter the region again to double the spawns. if you do both enter exit enter and starve, you triple the spawns :3

just play a game for long enough and interact with the nerd community of the game and you'll do witchery like me :3

gourm is a cannon ball, it needs to be fat to get launched /silly

funily enough, gourm sucks for speedrunning because of having to wait around 5 secs each time u do a cool trick, and you get really punished if u dont get a trick right, so its just not made for speedrunning

well, maybe when i get some other records in other categories, ik sub14 is really posible, but that guardian skip is ass, really precise and rng, for now im moving to other any% category, ill be back for this one tho

​@axoletrw Lowkey I didn't even know you could guardian skip and still ascend until I saw your videos. I was thinking about trying it on my arti run so I wouldn't have to carry a body out yknow. Also might steal some of your crazy inv skip tech when I get to that campaign lol. What any% you think your gonna do next?

@TheWoofus rock skip is the guardian skip i used, its called that because u do it with rocks/throwboosts, and its really precise and rng :3
