I had a nightmare time doing the rear cv axles on a 2013 500 ho recently, but I got the machine for $950 running. Engine, trans, front diff is perfect but the atv was left outside for awhile and plastics, axles, bearings all needs replaced and needs TLC cleaning. Front cv's were easy. Polaris isn't my favorite, but I'll buy whatever I can for cheap dump in $1000-$1200 in parts, do my own labor and make it super reliable again. People around here seem to love Polaris and buy them up quick for top dollar. I'll have around $2000-$2200 tops total in the machine with me doing labor and I can sell it for $4500 very fast realistically around here and $5000 top dollar. It will look like a nice machine when done though and not clapped out. I see people selling older 500's still clapped out and maybe they put a new seat / cover on it and sell for $3000-$4000. The 6x6 models go for the higher range. I will say the polaris 500's are pretty solid and the engines are solid in them. Me personally, I just don't like the newer higher powered polaris units. They have a lot of problems with premature bearing failure on oem bearings (low low hours), suspension problems, cv axle problems, etc. Some people do know this and go for the older 500's, and the 500's are actually sought after.

how did the axle slide right took the hub off mine and it not coming out like yours did

I have the same year model and all iv been through 2 cv axles in a row I put them in go down the road then the left rear snaps any suggestions on what it may be? It’s been a nightmare

Mine was defective and had to return. Blades hit against the deck and make a loud grinding screeching noise. My first Honda and very disappointed.

I just got one. Brand new honda hren216vka lawnmower. The front left wheel doesn't touch the ground What gives?? The thing is brand new!

I wish Honda would have done the single wheel height adjustment on the HRX217 I purchased last April - - love the GCV200 motor as well as the HRX rotary dial speed adjustment better than the "butterfly" on these models though. I did find that the rear shaft on mine is already showing surface rust and I never mow when the grass is wet and when I wash the bottom of the deck I use my blower to dry it - - I guess residual moisture from the Louisiana humidity hasn't helped with that.

I just picked one up at Lowe's today....409.00....Out the door cost 437.98. Love it...Started on the first pull out of the box...! Best mower I have ever had...!

I have this exhaust in my garage now and will install today. In my opinion, it's one of the best sounding exhaust for the F-150, 5.0. on the net. I haven't had the opportunity to hear one in person, so i had to take the chance in ordering. I'm hoping i won't have much drone in the cab and it's not over the top. we'll see hopefully today....

Love the sound so I'm thinking adding a resonator will eliminate the drone. But...the system may be too short in length to add the resonator. Eh?

Sweet! Do u think this exhaust would be too much with an AEM open cold air intake? No sound when idling, but when you get on it, it can be pretty raucous...I just don't want it to be an overload, but then again I want an aggressive 5.0 sound?

Pulled the trigger on this kit. Went on fairly easy. However, I feel as if I am picking up on a slight loss in low end power. Do you/ Did you have the same issue?

while crusing around 50+ would you have to blast the radio to hear music?

I just installed this exhaust on my '15 F-150. It's a lot louder than this video makes it seem. I would give it at least a 4-4.5 on the loudness scale. The muffler that comes with this kit doesn't have any insulation or sound altering design on the inside. It's about 90% straight pipe sound. Don't get me wrong! It sounds AMAZING!!! However, it's really loud and the drone is way too much for me. I measured the sound on the inside on cruise control doing 75MPH and it sits at 90db average.. That's pretty loud when stock was 80-83 with the A/C going. It's a great product when it comes to quality and installation was pretty easy! So if you're looking for a loud exhaust that will turn heads, this is it. If I was going to do it again. I would get an exhaust that went all the way back, and not sat under the cab, which I"m sure adds to the loudness.

I just picked up a 2016 XLT Crew cab with the 5.5' bed as well. Did you have to cut anything off the MBRP to have it fit that set up? I've seen in the install vid's that some cutting is required which is not a huge deal but I was hoping that with the crew cab and 5.5' bed that it would just fit as is
