Hello! From TA din ako! (Fist bump) for burnout - what i do to avoid it are the following: 1. Scheduled leaves - i love traveling kase and seeing new places. So I do these when I can but of course managed properly - meaning either tapos na ung work or well endorsed. 2. Conscious mental breaks - if you see my video, i have 2 “timers”. 1 is the pomodoro timer that I use for deep focus, and also as a timer for my mental break. 2nd is my dog, pag tinatabihan na ako nyan and nag puppy eyes - means I need to take a breakz 3. Network and be involved in other projects - bandwidth permitting, i expose myself to other facets of hr so i can learn more and also help them im projects. That way it kinda keep things fresh and always something to look forward to. Hope it helps! :)
