i took this vid at Kilby Court in slc utah. this was their first headlining tour in the states, pretty sure De’Wayne was opening. and the story behind this is that their drummer Jesse was sick so they had to do their whole set acoustic. this was also the show where afterwards i asked mitchel to draw me an anchor so i could get it tattooed when i turned 18. spoiler alert i’m 23 now and never got...

Is it true when calls received only number appears on front not name also?
Im starting to wonder when i will ever see them and it makes me doubt that I'll ever be able to meet them. I love them a lot but they never said theyre coming to where i live (Romania) and yeah.. I just had to let my feelings out I still wish to see them but i see its rather impossible for me
This phone review reminds me so much of channels like Phone dog and Phone Scoop. It's amazing how much technology has changed.
Good informative video. thank you. The best part of these phones is the comfort, I can easily hold them in my palm, unlike the ugly bulky smartphones phones today. Might as well carry my laptop, that is how bigger and bigger phones are getting these days.

I just switched over to the Nokia 3210 (2024 edition) and it's been incredibly solid so far. I've been thoroughly enjoying it, so if the flip phone doesn't last, its a good option!

thanks for this review!! can i ask what apps did you use on the daily (besides texting) that ultimately got you back on your iphone? you mentioned it in a comment somewhere below but i am curious if anything in particular was the final straw, lifestyle wise and not technicality-wise? I'm thinking it may be better for me to dumb down my iPhone and start gradually weaning myself off of apps for awhile before I make the purchase. I'm someone who mindlessly checks emails and parcels and don't need emails via mobile for work, so I think with time I could really benefit from this phone.
You can put 1 terabit sd card by changing the se card file to fat32. You can move video and music to phone, I use it as an mp3 player.

Bought a 2870 2 weeks ago. I don't agree that it's flimsy. It's got a solid feel to it and seems durable. One thing NO ONE brings up is the hinge..The design of this one's is very strong and looks to be tough if when phone is dropped (dropped mine 2 times now, but only 1.5 feet / no damage). The worse way is when we drop them with the lid open and more so when it falls and falls on the two wings, face down !.. Other thing: When you're on a call, hold the lid/screen only, and let hinge support the keypad wing of the phone, otherwise holding it on it's body (keypad) you're tending to press ON the screen / hinge with your ear, over time poss loosening/stretching hinge/axle . These are things I've come up with which may or may not be valid...
Idk if it's because of my age or what, but ALL of these reviews complain about texting on it and don't have predictive text on. When I was in school I could pull the phone out next to me and text without looking at the screen lol

I just bought the Nokia 2660. I assume they are the same? Even before putting in the SIM-Card, it drove me crazy, because it did not have a button, so you could open it up with one hand. So every time I try to open it with one hand, I will touch the Volume button, changing the Volume either to the highest, or to silent mode. And the crazy thing is: you can’t lock the Volume button😫
Mine just arrived today. I’ll be having it set up shortly. I feel I will be happy with this phone. Cheers!

I thought I’d really like this phone. However, that not been the case. Nothing seems to work properly at all. As it stands now I’m probably returning it and go back to my old phone. I just don’t understand why someone can’t make a simple phone. The best phone I ever had was a Motorola Razor flip phone. This was decades ago. Cheers!

yay this is exactly what i've been looking for from a review of this phone!! now that it's been a few more months have you seen any other notable issues arise in the os or with durability etc? :O
@@mei-fi3db thank you so much for the comment ! so in total i used the phone for 6 months, i use my iphone again now, i would say mostly because the os is faster. the nokia held up great tho. the os never ran super fast to begin with, but it didn’t get slower over time or anything. it just got frustrating personally haha. the battery life held up great. battery lasts wayyyy longer than my iphone still. one thing is i realized that i was definitely missing some texts from group chats cause sometimes they didn’t work i guess. so people were like “why didn’t you respond” and i was like “what i didn’t even see your text” 😅. my biggest annoyance was the email app cause while i didn’t miss any emails or anything, it was slow to load emails. i was also having trouble downloading photos that people texted to me if the photo’s resolution was too high. i believe this was always a problem but it seemed to be happening more frequently as time went on. had to tell people to email me instead lmao. so overall it was still a really good simple phone, it did take longer to do simple tasks like send a text or email so you’re better off just calling people haha. it was great for my mental health tho, and now i have “dumbed down” my iphone. i think everyone should at least try it. living the simple life 🤙

Does it have wifi calling in settings? i cant find anything online
people keep asking this and i feel bad cause i’m not exactly sure… i don’t see anything in the settings that says wifi calling, but other people (on reddit lol) have said it does have it and it depends on your carrier. i have never been able to use wifi calling on it (i have at&t), so i can’t say for sure, and if it does have that feature then idk how to use it. sorry not the best answer.
@@emo_gril2001 ok, I saw somewhere that there is an option that says "vowifi", which I'm not 100% sure is but I think it just means wifi calling. I'm not the best either lol. Thx for the reply.

it still works i just don’t use it anymore haha. i guess i am lazy and rely on the convenience of an iphone but my goal was to be less chronically online and i def achieved that. i will say the nokia has a crazy battery life, i was completely off the grid with no phone for two months and i came back and it was still charged. iphone could never. lol
