Just an average guy who enjoys cooking and gardening. Two of the hobbies I enjoy the most.

I am a self taught cook - There isn't much that I do not like to eat and am always willing to experiment and try new things.

I have a Mittleider style hybrid garden. I grow a large variety of vegetables that I enjoy using in my cooking.

Also have a bunch of fruit trees and am planning to add plenty more.

My ultimate goal is to one day have my own food forest in my back yard.
