Hope your recovery is going well! I’m thinking about going to Turkey to get a breast reduction as well. I was wondering how much it cost? Also if there was a slightly more serious problem with recovery would you be required to go back to turkey to get it fixed or would the NHS help?

Hey Rachel its good to see you again. Thank you for sharing your journey because I want to work on my baby weight and this information will be helping in my journey on things to look out for.

I recently had to stop running for about 2 weeks due to illness (COVID), so I feel you! Also, when I started running (about a month and a half ago) I immediately starting gaining weight, even though my clothes were fitting better and I was feeling good! I also have a history of disordered eating so this has been quite difficult for me to get my head around also. Not sure if it's possible, but perhaps one or more of your friends could join you running maybe once a week/month? Also, I think I will walk/run forever lol!
