Nick does have class. He is just honest. He didn't hate Shamrock, but he needed to tell himself he did. He has a hard time hurting people he likes so he convinces himself he hates them. He's not the first fighter to ever do that. I agree that there is too much stalling in MMA, particularly on the ground. GSP is the perfect example. If you aren't actively working for the submission or trying to effectively pound your opponent, you are stalling. Controlling the position on the ground without any offense is self-defense. There is nothing wrong with self-defense, especially on the street. Maybe you want your attacker to tire so you can leave safely. That is a different scenario from a professional fight though. The fans paid to see a fight.

MMA uses elbow's brother... and in a real fight,,,everything goes, because your life depends on it. "All is fair in Love and War"... To say elbow's should be illegal is retarded..

nick nails the rule fixes that need to be made. he always talks about this. i forgot he mentioned it way back here too. yes. real mma fans want to see good fights. not hugging and boring texture in fights. it may happen regardless, but yellow cards (pridefc)with good knowledge and know how will just make this shit that much better. mma will develop and get there soon. hopefully. pridefc wasn't always perfect either they made their mistakes in some events, but overall it had a better setup imo

For instance in a fight it doesnt matter what hair color or if your nails are painted though i dislike it but ultimatly you choose what you want to wear appriate to the orgs rules. Yeah I spoke to Frank today, he said he threw in the fight, his ribs were jacked up (broken) before comin in to the fight. he didnt want to back out and he wanted to follow though. Nick hit him hard to the ribs which dropped his ass. Respect to Frank for coming in broken. Lucky Diaz for taking advantage! Good for him! Karma.
