Does it have a different turbo or does it spit flame stock with the tune?

While watching you prime the fuel system, I noticed that your phone was connecting wirelessly to CarPlay in a matter of a few seconds. My wireless CarPlay on my 24 hasn't worked in months! I'm getting the software recall done tomorrow which seems to have mixed results; any problems with the system on yours? I must say, I love the trailer towing software built into the system!

after adding these window visors did it increase the wind noise of the truck vs without them?

Just did this. Perfect video to help me do the project. Only difference for my Chevy 3500 was a 9/16 plug I had to remove to remove the case holding the fuel filter. Made draining the case easier, but one small additional step. Also, that plug doesn’t have a hard stop. Get it tight then stop turning. There are 2 o rings on that plug, should I replace those?

Have you had any issues with the module? I have exact same truck you do 🫡 I want to add some things to it this will be the first upgrade.

Here at Greico Chevrolet in Delray Beach Florida- the dealer wants over $400.00 to change this filter. This is right after I had to Flatbed my 2024 2500 HD to another Chevy dealership closer to where my truck broke down at a busy intersection because a sensor module went bad. I was stuck at a busy intersection for almost 2 hours before I could get a tow.

I also have a 2024 Silverado duramax, and mine has a 11/16" socket on the bottom to drain...not the torx bit yours has...weird, I've done mine twice (35,500) and was double checking the priming procedure, nice video!

If you have trailer hooked up. It should trigger them as well right?

Good video Cameron. Always fun to see how someone else does maintenance on the same vehicle. Couple of things to comment on. First, it appeared looking at your lower ball joint boots that your truck might could use a grease job. If it hasn't yet, you may know that these trucks essentially come from the factory with hardly any grease in the grease points. Second thing is about the ticking you mentioned might have went away with the Amsoil. Likely it was not your oil. The normal tick from these Duramax trucks is the DEF injector pumping away. There are times it is quiet and likely you caught a time it was not ticking. Just my thoughts anyway.

Purchased and installed the same charge tube kit However, my BOV is not as loud as yours it I installed everything out the box plug n play The BOV has the spring that came preinstalled in it and it does not sound as yours does Any idea as to how that is? I prefer the Bov to sound as it did when it’s mounted closer to the turbo as I previously had it before

Change it every oil change. This way ya get max performance and long-term use of your MINT DURAMAX. My 12 GMC Duramax i have to remove the wheel well plastic to get to the fuel filter. This is a job well done by GM. 17k miles is unacceptable in my book

Dude, great video. I have the same truck but in the midnight edition, I’m looking at these and also the speed turtle 3.0 the speed turtle 3.0 seems to be a little cheaper. Also, does it affect the back up camera on the screen?

Does it not have two fuel filters? Usually one up top and water seperator down low.

Great video- I have the same truck/ 24 midnight edition z71. They just quoted me 437.90 to change my fuel filter😂. Ial always changed my own when I had fords and rams. This is way easier! Thx!

Only thing that sucks is that the roof amber lights don’t flash

Fuel filter housing is 25.5 Nm... not lb ft. 25.5 Nm = 18.81 lb-ft ( rounded )
