i was asking my mom about my dad and why they never say i love you on the phone or cuddle on the couch etc. i was really pushing because all of my friends parents do it and love each other and my mom just blurted out she’s not in love with my dad anymore. she felt out of love with him aswell as him too. they go to couples therapy and never told me until now and now knowing this whole house was built on lies it doesn’t feel okay again
