It might not be obvious to you as you're in the "trenches" everyday, but looking from a distance, once a week, I can perceive a significant change happening over time. I relate to this so much. Anytime I get overwhelmed, I just shut down. I stop taking care of myself, I lose the motivation to do anything, I would rather sleep the day away than do the things I need to do, or even the things I usually enjoy. I'm really trying to be more mindful when I start feeling like this, and I try to push myself out of the slump. I sorta try to "force" myself to do things I enjoy in hopes that it makes me feel a little better, because otherwise I literally just end up lying in bed all day. But i'm happy you took this little self-care moment. It’s definitely motivating me to do the same, because I know I have had a rough last few weeks. Also, please don’t stress yourself out about posting videos or anything like that. The people who genuinely care about you understand that you have your own life, with its ups and downs. We’ll always be here for you whenever you feel ready to post. Just take care of yourself, you’re an amazing person, and you truly deserve it. 💖
