That red food dye just wouldn't cooperate. That's the first time I've seen a sugar-water syrup used to increase moistness with the help of a toothpick. A useful tip. It would be interesting to see you eat one of the finished products at the end of these baking videos, to get your reaction. Overall, a great kitchen series.
