Why does it keep saying waste bin full?!?
I have the litter box set on automatic cleaning, but it does not sense when a cat has used the box (my cats are older and big enough for the sensors)- what might be the provlem?
Honey, you might try letting your cat stay in the litter box a little longer.
Same issue here… It looks like the automatic cleaning doesn’t work at all. That was the reason that I bought this item. I’m totally disappointed… even in the app there’s not notification after my cat has used… the only notifications that I get it’s after I run the system myself trough my phone or manually. This is useless :(

How do you put the damn thing together? The instructions are basically useless. They just show the pieces you get and you have to just figure out how they fit together on your own. How does the rose box go on? How do you install the vent tube?

I just got mine and connected it to my phone. I added litter and pressed the level button. Now my litter box will not stop spinning and just dumped the litter to the trash

I just bought one and trying to figure out where the hose goes but wanted to know what litter is that, it looks like pellets and clean. I bought the Dr. Elsey's which was suggested by the company. If this litter is a mess I might try what you have . Ty
We recommend that you use bentonite cat litter, tofu cat litter, or a mix of bentonite and tofu cat litter.
Does it have a weight sensor?
Yes, the gravity sensors for the litter box are on the four feet of the litter box. So please place the litter box on a hard surface.
How are we supposed to change the orange grate??
Replacing filters is difficult and complicated work. Please allow some time to explore the installation. Before disassembling, please carefully observe the installation of the original cat litter filter. 1. Remove the drum 2. Gently pull out the existing cat litter filter. 3. Observe the position of the clips and magnets on the screen and reinstall it.

Hi what is the name of the app for this ???
The name of the app is "tuya", an orange software.
For mine, the bin is constantly red even though the bin is not full and I recently got mine like a day ago.
Whether the bin is full or not is based on the sensors in the hatch. All you have to do is reposition the bag and fill it again.
@@Smart_Pet_Life I repositioned it multiple times, but it still says full bin. It worked once the app told me it had an "abnormal full bin." I tried wiping the sensor, but it still gave me a red indicator that it was full. At this point, I'm lost. I like the product but can't fully utilize it because of the sensor error.
What you can try: Step 1: Test the sensor to see if it is working properly How to do it: Put an empty litter box without a bag into the litter tray and observe the indicator light. Step 2: Troubleshoot the cause. If the indicator light is still not normal, please try to disconnect the litter tray for 10 seconds and then connect it again. It’s still gives me red indicator after taking out the bag and also unplugging it waiting for 10 seconds and replugging it.
