Thank you for staying. That tool seems so hard to use but it’s what my loctician uses and I feel I need to learn how to use it if anything were to happen to her. This was the best explanation by far. It’s going to take some getting used to but I’m going to save this video

Thank you for this video. I self installed and do my own reties and was unsure if I could use this tool myself.
