Heading into the 4th quarter & 2025 housing market has several things that can impact it. With a strong economy report, there continues to be back & forth talk of rates dropping or not dropping. With such uncertainty, inventory has risen to COVID levels & remains high at 72. If homes are going to sell, sellers will have to price correctly from Day 1 or face price drops
leaving homes vulnerable to buyers. PRICE will be the difference between sellers going over ask vs. sellers selling below ask. Buyers are in an interesting position with rates not dropping as anticipated & leaving many on the fence. However, those buyers in the game, are leveraging vulnerable price drop sellers while other buyers are still competing due to an effective pricing strategy. Sellers & buyers will continue to win in 2024 & throughout 2025 but it 100% does matter who you hire.

Most other door knockers say you should knock condos, why are you saying otherwise? It's not illegal as far as I know
I have never heard of anyone door knocking condos but do whatever works for you. Generally speaking, no solicitors are allowed inside condo buildings.

According to the FED website The FED will continue to cut rates into 2025.....you're misinforming people.....as a realtor you are trying to get people to hurry up and buy....FOMO....nice try
Clearly didnt watch the video and completely didnt pay attention to the FED saying the same thing for 2024 and that didnt happen. Obviously have no clue what rates dropping will have on buyers either. Thanks for the comment & troll some more please :)

9:19 Amen. Still seeing overpriced assets in the MF space. Getting a lot of listing agents calling back AFTER call for offers. I presume only getting 1 or 2 LOIs well below asking, ...'unacceptable' to the client. Cap rate compression is a hell of a drug.
yeah its unfortunate that homeowners are still getting sold on a price rather than the facts. I would think client would find it to be unacceptable but yet they continue to work with that same agent that duped them to get the listing when they cancel and relist. Makes ZERO sense lol
Real estate doesnt have to be hard when you are selling or buying. Even in this current market with a ton of inventory, sellers are winning and, those that arent, find buyers winning. It does matter who you hire and I welcome a chat with you any time!

Great video. I’ve door knocked for 15 years. Switched to real estate about 5 years ago and sold 75 homes my first year by going door 2 door. Learn this skill and you’ll never hurt for money ever again.

All of these so called solutions are way too expensive and most importantly ineffective. Even if these solutions help, they barely make a dent in a huge problem. Why doesn’t the government setup something similar to refugee camps where homeless people can be moved to? Homelessness is a humanitarian crisis and needs to be treated as such. Refugee camps in war torn countries can be setup quickly that provide shelters for hundreds of thousands and even millions of people in the case of Gaza. We spend billions of dollars to aid refugees in other countries. Why can’t we do this at home in the United States of America?
We don’t need a 3 minute intro. Just get to the damn point!

YES 100% I door knock 5x a week 2-3hours or 25+ contacts (whichever happens first) a day and that has led to about $12M in deals for the first half of the year 🤙🏻 it works if you do it without expectations. That is the plan … minimum once a quarter and create a farm where you can get through preferably twice a quarter.
