I wish they would turn some fallers loose on our National forest. Environmentalist have made a train wreck of it. Very dangerous fire hazard now days. Blow downs and rotting trees everywhere.
Surprised to see him with back to the tree while jacking.
I jo0
great video of what real timber fallers do for a living...he makes it look easy...one of most dangerous jobs there is...a good faller can handle any situation...never walk away...
Good show!!!
nice job but turning your back to the big buggers seems a little dicey
Great Video!!!First time I've seen anybody else with the Madsens screen visor that clips on the McDonald full brim..
Give thanks to God for every tree. By God bounty we work.
Gotta love em thick on the hoof like that. To bad the market is taking a dump right now. Mills are shutting down all over Oregon. God bless our loggers.
Must be hard on the back, carrying those balls around. That chainsaw is probably heavy too
TIMBER!
Just amazing fellings..! More of it..!
Timber Wood is the strong wood which can make the building strong exdesign.com.sg/carpentary/
bravi però devono rimanere solo 2 punti di legno da troncare ai lati e nel mezzo la pianta deve essere tutta tagliata
First class felling!
3:01 Wonka's bowling alley!!! :-)
100 likes! Thank me later ;-) 194 subs... same :-D
I am super hoping you are still active on this account. I am producing a video and am looking for video clips of the Timber Industry in Oregon, and these are gorgeous! Would it be ok to use a small clip (3 seconds or so) from your footage?
Why are you cutting down all these giant old trees?
money.
To keep you in a house
It sounds like the trees are speaking as they fall
this is more like it! in a lot of these other video's, they make such a song and dance over cutting a tree down. it's like watching paint dry!!
Lovely work. Quit the business to take a city job. Came to TH-cam because I miss falling. 'waded' through some dumb hicks until I found this great video. very professional. stay safe.
Buensimo trabajo!! Me gustaria trbajar y aprender de esta gente,en esos lugares.
Wow Mike you must be exhausted from working hard well my grandpa does the same job when he does it I get really scared of what may happen when he cuts trees down it scares me badly
What is the end product of all that wood, just wondering. I’m not a tree hugger or owl protector, curious though.
lumber mostly, but the lower grade trees and small hardwoods are used for paper and such.
Go to menards or home depot or actually your local lumber yard would be better. They all have a fine selection of forest products.
i run a 461 to
I wish my stumps came out that flat. Good cutter !
Jeeeezzz you could make some money if you were paid by the ton
Dont know what y our smiling about. That is some fuckin r ougj falling techniques
Fantastic farewell moans in there
Why have your back the tree as your pumping?
J Gallegos he listens to it. No need to see.
Experience he knows it is not going sit back on him, like when got to get in the Helo i like the older pilots, there is a reason they sthil alive!
This was a great video, you can hear the hinge breaking instead of that useless music these so called arborists play in their lacking ppe vids.
When you watch this man fall trees, you understand while these men , are a dying breed . To apprentice under a man with this much experience would be a real education.
Smooth operator.
Bad ass. Awesome work!
Awesome job!
Nice work!
Awesomeness!!!
Friggin eh that was some epic work
Jack or no jack? why not wedges ?
Looks like you get more control from a single point vs multiple wedges.
Brad $$$$$ that's a big money tree and a lot of times there's only one lay that won't turn it to toothpicks, jacks ensure it goes exactly there with more precise lift than wedges..........that's a LOT of weight to lift
some nice fir in this vid. thx fellas
Big 125 bumble bee with a 6' bar wold look great on that last buck skin
Hey Buckin!! Love your channel brother. Have a good one and keep your eyes up out there!!

I've been a "Husky" man, for the most part, but those Stihl 64s and 66's were great saws!
That tree at the end was a monster. Nice job on the video.

IMPRESSIVE.. TO SAY THE LEAST ..!!!
