I’m writing from Asheville & just got a chance to listen to this due to all the chaos, power/Internet outages & other challenges we’ve continued to face here. And though this was recorded before the election, it also gave me a lot of peace hearing post-election, with the image of holding the polarities. It’s been a real politically-charged struggle in this swing state & I’ve seen a lot of anger as some of us go through that stage of grief. But I also see the people still being caring & trying to maintain the beautiful community feeling we experienced together in the wake of Helene, which is the real path forward. I've been reading quotes from Gandhi and his non violent way of life, and through all his acts of non violent resistance from colonization and constructive program to free his country, one of the thoughts that striked me most was: "condemn the deed, not the person". He can act against the injustice caused by someone, yet still see that person as a human being, capable of love like everyone else, regardless of his crime! Needless to say, I have a lot, a lot of work to do to attain such wisdom oh boy! I can feel big changes in my body. It seems to be ageing rapidly and is susceptible to injuries.

For me the challenge is to love the people who say the Trump shooting was a stunt, that he was not shot. Or the people who wished they hadn’t missed. I’m asked if I’m a Trumper and I have to explain, no, but I do not want them to kill him, that would be very bad. People are so blinded by their hatred of him that they’ve lost the ability to think.

Oh yes, it’s the most important job to live in joy. And it is not so easy. I try to manifest it by practicing meditation, calmness, going out in nature, hearing birds singing in the morning Concert and so on.

I am not anxious about the shadow, because I know, if there is shadow, there is light at the same time. But there are often painful feelings and low energy in me. My english is not so well, I hope you‘ll understand me. 😊 Yesterday I began with hearing your spiritual report. I have to support me with subtitles. That is exhausting and I Fell into a very very deep sleep. After an hour I woke up and there was a feeling I cannot express really accurately. There was no time at all, no day, no night, it could had been passed a second or a few years. I was confused where I have been during my sleep and during my awakening.
