Good morning again! Just checking back with an update :) Everything seems to be up and running at this time. Make sure you're on the 'LIVE CLASS BOARD' view for an assignment when you go to grab data. That's the page that's currently supported. To get to it, go into 'Assignments' (left menu, 2nd item) --> select one of the classes under the assignment of your choice --> select the tab called 'LIVE CLASS BOARD'. This view has a graph showing live student progress with a bunch of student tiles at the bottom. While on this page you can click 'Grab Data' within the GradeTransferer interface. If you run into any issues, let us know so we can help you out!

Good morning and thank you for reaching out! Our next update will have an extra field (so a total of three instead of the two shown in the video) that allows you to remove stuff from BEFORE a pattern, (as well as the field to remove stuff AFTER a pattern, and to filter out select stuff). The update should be out any day now. Your version of GradeTransferer will automatically update to the newest version and show a badge icon in in your toolbar once that's complete and you have the new features available. After the update you *might* have to navigate to "chrome://restart" for it to complete the update process successfully (or quit & relaunch your browser). If you need any help, you can always submit a ticket to us at "www.gradetransferer.com/support-request"

Thanks for pointing that out! We're updating our support page as well as our tutorials page (finally) and should have that in great shape in the next few weeks. Also, we have an update coming out that will add support for even more platforms (we're at 30+ already!) and have fixed that typo that caused some badge icons to be stuck with the red "new" text on it.

Good morning and thank you for reaching out! 1. GradeTransferer currently does what its name implies (transfer grades). We've added new features recently and it can now also scale grades from % to points, or recalculate to different point values. We're working on transferring comments in the future :) 2. Grades will be updated with the current set being transferred using GradeTransferer. If there is already a grade there for a student and GradeTransferer has an updated grade in its set, it will update it to whatever is in its set. This is great for late work or resubmitted assignments! If no grade for a student exists in the set you're transferring with GradeTransferer, it will not override existing grades with blanks, but instead will just skip over them and leave them untouched. 3. Assignment names can be completely different, YOU are in control! If you gave a "Big Test worth 1000pts" and want to fill it into "Ooops we weren't ready yet let's make this a 5 point practice quiz" you can do so with GradeTransferer. Also, we have entire school and district access solutions available so feel free to share us with your principal, tech director, or superintendent.

Good morning and thank you for reaching out! We've submitted the update for review by the Google Web Store team and are waiting for it to clear and get dispatched to users. Chrome extension code reviews have been much slower lately for many other extensions as well, and unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to expedite the process it seems. We'll post an update on Twitter (@GTransferer) as soon as it clears the review phase and becomes available to the public. Fingers crossed that it'll be soon!

Just got released this morning :) Your installation will update automatically shortly as Google dispatches the update to all installations.

Thats an amazing price for the amount of time it would save you doing this manually.

@@gradetransferer3112 I am also getting the error message saying "null" and not copied. So I guess it's not so much about getting a video and more just wondering when your product will be fixed to work with Google Sheets.

Good morning and thank you for reaching out! Currently we support grabbing data from both Google Classroom as well as Google Sheets. Filling data into Google Classroom is being explored at this time, however filling data into Sheets is not something we're pursuing. I hope this clarified things a bit :)

When you are on the Student Work page of an assignment, click the gear up in the top right corner of the page. Then click Copy all grades to Google Sheets. This will export all of your grades to a Google Sheet.

Good morning and thank you for reaching out! Yes! GradeTransferer will fill only the data that belongs onto the page in your gradebook. So as long as none of the students are in that mega-google classroom twice, feel free to grab all 100+ grades from there. Next, go to your gradebook to the specific class (Period_1 of say 23 students) and once on the assignment where you want to input the grades, click ‘Fill Data’. It will cycle through the 94 names for each cell and input only the data that belongs. Since you are importing into Infinite Campus, before you click 'Fill Data' on large classes, scroll down to the bottom of the page before so GradeTransferer doesn't out-run Infinite Campus and leave off the bottom of the roster. GradeTransferer comes with a 7-day no-strings-attached-and-no-credit-card-asked-for Free Trial so feel free to try it before you purchase a license.

Good morning! GradeTransferer works with PowerTeacherPro, since that is a web-based gradebook and GradeTransferer is a Chrome extension that lives in the Chrome Web Browser.

@@gradetransferer3112 Thanks for the reply! That's what I was thinking the problem is. I'm hoping the tech department can set me up in the pro version that is web based so I can use the extension.

@@lbitter1 Good morning and thank you for reaching out! With the most of the USA starting school pretty much around the same time, our timeframes keep shifting at all times. We are scheduled to have this fix done still in September however, possibly it will be early October, but we're looking at weeks for a timeframe, not months. It is a high priority and will be taken care of still in the beginning of this school year. Thank you for your patience as we work to make every teacher's life a little better :)

Good morning! The process for transferring into Genesis is the same. Simply grab the grades from one of the supported platforms, go to your Genesis gradebook (onto the assignment page as if you were about to painstakingly type in the grades) and just click 'Fill Data'. Your grades will be automatically sorted and filled into their appropriate cells in about one second, and a summary of the fills will be shown. We're finishing up a full Tutorials page on our site where we will show the process in video format along with other helpful tips on how to use common platforms such as Google Classroom.
