Losi Mini B Aluminum Steering Build
Build in once, build it right! Just let it rest a bit before you install into car and drive around...let that thread lock set up a piece.
Two things to remember.
1) Thread lock on draglink threads from the backside to prevent anything getting locked but the threads.
2) Let the thread lock set up a little, then make the final adjustment of kingpin tightness...then let it rest for a few.

I am in the middle of the same process and lost one of the washers, where can I get some new ones? Thanks for the video !!!!
I’d say these would work. www.amainhobbies.com/nexx-racing-2.54.20.35mm-shim-20-nx-189/p1289735
Great upgrade, but I am unhappy with the design because if you need to service this, you have to wait for loctite to cure before you can race at the track :( Need a way to nest a nylon locknut
I've been all over looking for a video about this because my experience with my mini one of the screws would come out time to time on the track. I was hesitant about threat lock but you answered my question! Thank you!
But it's prominently mentioned on all of the stores where you buy them "WARNING: Read the ENTIRE instruction manual to become familiar with the features of the product before operating" but no instructions anywhere...
Thanks for info on adding thread loc from the back to keep away from washers, those washers are tiny, an I lost one
Is this same fit for mini t 2.0 mini t bearings ???
yes
that's a great explanation. thank!
Where'd you get the bearings for the bellcrank?
I bought them from Acer but many companies including Avid have them. There is a Hot Racing steering kit that comes with bearings but I'm not sure the size of those. Losi bearings are 3x6x2.5 that replace the 4 bushings.
@@jasonrobinson7343 thank you so much!!!
