Caught the empty Goshen Grain, at American Ave just South of the Calwa Diamond. This was extra foamy, as Bonnet 754 was leading, with a Ferromex unit 4th out. The Train stopped just clear of the crossing, as they didn't have a light across the diamond, and were trying to stay between two grade crossings, Chestnut Ave & American Ave. Enjoy! Filmed 10-25-24

Vena sent me a treat this day at Irrigosa Siding. The inbound Goshen Grain tied down the night before, and I was there the day after to see the new Train crew departing from Irrigosa siding. Took a little trip to the San Joaquin river bridge, to get some early morning Train action, when a few idiots decided to play chicken with Amtrak 711. Thankfully the morons moved in time, but imagine if they slipped or fell and couldn't get out of the way in time. It could have been terrible. Also Happy 2025! I was driving home after working the night shift, when Karen decided to make her own lane of traffic. She honked at me, because I was in the correct lane to turn right, as she drove around another vehicle on the shoulder to turn right as well. I caught an Empty Wind Turbine Train, as it was passing Herndon Ave, here in Fresno, CA. This Train was traveling from Port Morrow, OR to Santa Teresa, NM. It would have been really cool to see this loaded with wind turbines, but it still is a pretty neat set up, as to how the blades would lay in the slings. Filmed 09-14-24
