Ok So I’m watching your show and I think you might be the person I’m looking for. I’ve bought a small house in Australia but I wanted a tiny house. Im trying to declutter because I have all my mother’s belongings after she passed away . I’m struggling to let it go push it out of my soul. I constantly feel dirty when I go to leave the house. Mainly cos she’s watching me .. Yes I’m brain washed with this utter rubbish.. both parents would say utter bulshit things. 50 years of that! Now out of fear of not being respectful enough after a parent passes away. ( I did love & respect her once . But the burnt me in the last 2 days of her life. Every day I wake in shock that it even happened. So to get rid of all the shit in my home comfortably not in regret? I have my own belongings in storage. (Asian mother means Asian rules not mine! Along with judgement and guilt. I feel so full of all that stuff. I could scream in anger about it all. 24/7 .. I’ve so much healing to do.. if only there was someone who could be of help mentally.. hard pressed to find without going broke paying them. She even said once I will be watching and will steer you always. Sounds sweet and she was . When she wasn’t being a Narcissist controlling my life.. ) Do you have any helpful ideas on letting go of memories, jewels precious stuff. Nothing is junk otherwise I would throw it out . Can’t give the stuff away lately. Like she’s cursed me with it all. Her death was extremely traumatic situation very complicated. Do you have any ideas for me ? I want to declutter so I can think clearly. I’m going in circles for last year. I don’t have the support . It’s just my dog and I . kindly appreciate your help. Sorry if I sound blunt .. I’m just so overwhelmed with it all along with watching my life go by . Yes I have put on line to many places free and for sale.. next to giving it to some drugged out bad people to sell for their next hit. I can’t imagine what she would do . No past family wants either. The entire situation was off the wall . 🌈🌙🙏🏼

Think about the ideas of positive and negative. These do not exist and have never had any way to measure so they are currently meta ideology. It's actually how we feel up in energy and low in energy. The most hardliners criminals with a good steak dinner will feel like they are the good guys. Is that positive or just up? All "bad" people and places are low in energy. A "good" person by record of behavior will appear negative when they are starved for raw energy. Peace Out.

I live in a house now (not by my choice) and your video brought back found memories of my studio apartment living. I love your organizational skills and descriptions. I started the year out with a goal to not buy more stuff, and am *re-starting* that goal tomorrow after buying too much... I do believe that living with minimal, things that have purpose and function is wise & freeing.
