I encountered this jellyfish under our dive boat as I was finishing up my last dive of the day and had about 10 solitary minutes with it, since I was the last one out of the water. Beautiful creature!

The 400 life-sized statues were created by Jason de Caires Taylor for MUSA (Museo Subacuático de Arte) - Museum of Underwater Art. That poor hermit crab! It’s like a fully armored knight but its armor ends at the belly. Easy pickings until it can scare up a new shell.
I know it's only a worm. Even so it would nicer if some of the catches were replayed in slow motion for the eye to see the capture in detail, instead of a flash of a blurry glimpse. Thank you.

Can bobbit worms move around the ocean or are they just stuck to the sea floor?
They can move around if they have to, but I think they prefer to stay put. If they are pulled out of their burrow or it somehow gets destroyed, they just create a new one.

why can't I find a bobbit worm vs mantis shrimp video?
I imagine it's because both are ambush predators. Mantis shrimp do tend to move around a bit more than the worm so I guess there is some opportunity for them to wander across a bobbit worm. But getting footage of that would be extremely difficult, since it takes literally hours hanging out over a bobbit worm hole to get these kinds of shots above, and mantis shrimps are not likely to approach anywhere close to you.
cbloo Its not like a pirahna vs mantis shrimp which is freshwater vs salt water and can never happen. Someone needs to set this fight up in an aquarium and make it happen
