One of the finest covers I’ve ever heard! Great playing and arrangement skills!

You'd be better off clamping the Potentiometer SHAFT (The part you're removing) when you cut the shaft to length, instead of clamping the body of the potentiometer. I learned that the hard way, because sawing the shaft off with the potentiometer body in the clamp, adds a lot of stress on the pot itself and can loosen up the entire mechanism.

Gotta admit I wasn't expecting much but this thing sounds killer!!!!
