It seems my Authenticator App isn't setup properly as no code is showing up but my email and info is there. I tried accessing QR code by logging into my office account but the security info tab asks for a MFA code. So, I cannot access the QR code as it loops into needing Code that isn't there.

How do I reverse that? I can't clock in to my work place. I removed the app on my phone but it's still on the pc telling me to use a number on the app. Thnx

First either buy a stereo mic or fix the audio before posting, real annoying that you have audio on left only .

Can't get to step 1 because in order to log onto 360 it requires I authenticate with Microsoft authenticator which I never set up.

Very helpful video. Thanks. However, I'm trying to help my boss download the Microsoft Authenticator app to his laptop; he doesn't have (or want) a Smartphone.So, we need laptop identification function - by whatever means! Any ideas?

This really helped me. Thank-you. Actually deleted Microsoft Authenticator as my 2FA and chose Text messaging instead. This made everything so much easier!

Wish I could log into my MS 365 account. I wonder why Microsoft suggests using the authenticator when you can't login to your account? All H breaks loose when you change your phone number.

I can't even get to my initial page. when my company added this I can't even get to the page where my initial are!!!

nothing on the screen is happening as he describes it at all. the computer wants me to enter a number in the authenticator app and the app isn't even on my phone. when I download the app it's not free, it's like $4/month and it won't install until I agree to pay.

I’m having issues with my work email . It happened when I changed phones . When I try to login from my laptop it says that more info is needed and then it says it’s sending a code to the Authenticator app but nothing comes up

Tried this doesn’t work says error or can’t sign in even when I do on the phone or laptop or tell me a six digit code but the app is showing 8

Do not buy Jasco products. I purchased about 30 smart switched and outlets made by Jasco around 2017 during my renovation. By today all of them failed. One by one (blinking and clicking). And no help or even remorse from the customer service. I hate Jasco with all my heart. Will never buy any product made by Jasco or GE (parent company).

In my Microsoft autheducation option I don't have call or text message option. I was using app mode only. Unfortunately my mobile phone crashed and with new phone I'm unable to add my existing details of my Microsoft account details. Any solution please

Thank you for this video! My IT dept didn't bother to send out step-by-step instructions, only sending a generic TH-cam video that didn't work. No information on how to link the accounts, where or how to generate the QR code, or how to accomplish any of this. I so appreciate you posting this. Like others, I've spent a couple of hours trying to figure out how to get this done before the deadline, and happened across your video. Took five minutes by following your directions, pausing, doing what you said, then going forward. You're a godsend.
