How to remove a Kaymar wheel carrier from a rear bar including the wiring and gas strut
Great video, its a pitty you don't do more installation videos and care more about your customers and online content and presence. I expect with AutoPacific Group acquiring Kaymar 4WD Accessories in 2021, it lost its family grown company ethos. The AutoPacific Group sales staff don't even know the heritage of Kaymar.
Hi kaymar, love ur job and ur products, Is it possible to hold a jack Hi lift (mount system) on the wheel carrier, between the wheel and the car trunk in a 2022 Toyota hilux ?
Where does the number plate get mounted please?
The video is great but I'm less than 10 minutes in and I've found 3 mistakes or differences between the video instructions and the supplied instructions. 1: you say to use a 150mm m12 when it should actually be the 140mm m12 as per the instruction book. 2. You dont mention the installation of crush tubes on these aforementioned bolts, the instructions say to put a crush tube. 3. You say to use 3x m12's and 1x m8, this last bolt is actually an m10. These mistakes or differences are all during the installation of the chassis brackets
Went to order one today via ARB and told 6 months lead time for my LC300. Pathetic…
No wonder a roo has no problem pulling the back bumpers off .
Na You blocked the rare camera and the land cruser parking sensors i hope you figur better installation way
Im disappointed with the mount of shims that have to be used if is truly made properly it some all line up

where is the reverse camera relocated to?
The reverse camera is relocated to the centre point of the bar.
Great vid, one question, the rear camera is that affected by the carriers or rear wheel location. It does seem to have the camera field of vision compromised. Again great content.
The Camera relocation to the centre of the bar isn't affected but the location of the carriers at all and you will have clear vision with it, but it is different to the original camera location.
Can the spare wheel go on the right hand side? Brian
Hi Brian, yes the wheel carrier can be located on either side.

Those nuts would surely come loose after a few hundred kilometers...Why weren't nylocks used?
Are you sure about that? My understanding is that after a certain size and torque, the nuts shouldnt ever be able to come loose through vibration anyway, Toyota dont use nylock nuts for their m10 + sized towbars or bullbar bolts either
I’d like to see thread lock seal or nilock nuts fitted .
Really love the kaymar rear bumper, but really hate the rims and tyres combo. It's not really about the size though I'll prefer the 3 inch lift with 35s. Stock rims are as ugly as the vehicle and i would definitely put on aftermarket rims. Steel rims would definitely looks better than the ones in this very car
How much can effective the towing capacity after installing this kit ?
Hi There, the towing capacity of the 300 series is unchanged and the towing capacity is the existing capacity of the LC300

Hi Chris The rear bar kit comes with a plug and play wiring loom that plugs into the vehicles wiring loom and then connects to the rear bar combination lights. It also provides connections for your trailer plug and the relocated number plate light.

Will it fit on a LX600? In the USA, we only get LX600.

Hello there, My Left swing arm had all it bearing rusted and crushed. It took me couple of hours to take it off. I'm wondering if you guys could tell me what size are the bearings? So I can buy them and replace them. Just one peace of advise guys: make sure your bearing kit is always dry it's good to open them up every now and then and give them a bit of love, Which my last car owner didn't for 5 years :/ I appreciate if someone can tell me what size are the bearings
