Michael Jordan has a lot of records, some of which won't be broken. But in my opinion, the one that sticks out the most in my head that will never be broken is, he's made 6 championship appearances, no losses, two three peats in championships (with only one-year in-between separating those 3), and the icing on the cake is, he never played in a game 7 to win any of them. That's never been done before him, and it hasn't been done after him all the way up to this point in basketball. And I don't think anybody will ever do all those things in that way again.

There's nothing he couldn't do . . . my husband and I used to make it to at least 1 Celtics vs. Knicks game each year and inevitably Bird would do something that you just couldn't believe you actually saw. Painful when it's against your team - but even then, you knew you were watching greatness. . . the best - ever! So much fun watching you discover him - basketball was so different back then - although my Knicks this year are bringing back some of the old traditions and looking good, doing it!! :)

If you seen the video about Bird and what happened the night before that game 7 game Bird broke his hand punching a bouncer in the face outside the bar they were at. But didn't tell the coach or really anyone.
