Here's an old Camillus knife I picked up at flea market or antique store. Was in real bad shape at one time. Blades are whittled way down.

Restoring late 70's corded drill. Took out of my toolbox to see if it still worked and you guessed it, it didn't work. But it does now!

That green river skinner is awesome! Like the old wrench too! Have a great week! God bless you!
Thanks for the sticker swap! Hey the next time you are in FL, you should check out the flea market in Webster, FL. It’s a big market!
@@J.O.VenturesOutdoors Thanks for watching John. I will definitely check that out.
Great looking Old Timer and love the sheath ❤️👍
@@Sanctified_Leather Thanks for watching. Prayers for healing. Take care.
That’s awesome! I love old tools and never heard of that website. I’ve done been looking at it and found those Plomb turned into Proto which I’ve been picking up. Awesome! Just subscribed to your channel!
@@ClarksKentuckyKnives Thanks for watching and subscribing! I’m amazed at what I’m finding in my own toolbox and I need to get more tool videos out. Take care.
Nice work
@@david6920-r6z Thanks for watching.
gotta love a barlow ...lol. I got some 1000 grit sand paper, a bit of elbow grease, it shines up nice, Even on the handles . Be safe keep em coming
@@2ndchancegeorge Yea this one was one of those that you just have to walk away from and come back later to finish. I’ve got to get me some 1000 and 2000 grit paper for sure. Take care.
@@2ndchancegeorge Yea this one was one that I had to walk away from and come back later to finish. I will be getting some 1000 and 2000 grit sand paper for sure. Take care.
Nicely done. I finnish with mothers which gives a nice even shine. Dont advise using a demel with polishing the blade...tends to get hot, so be aware of that. Be safe my friend
@@2ndchancegeorge Thanks for the info George. Every knife is an educational experience for sure. Take care.
YEP, Fortunately I don't but used on line, only new form reputable companies. Other wise I need to touchy feely before buying. Hear about this alot on some online places. good reminder for those who dont know. Be safe my friend. Got yore letter...many thanks
There are knives being made in China by American companies. But there are also American companies who have gone out of business that are still having knives made in China. Then there is just outright piracy and cloning going on. Buying online can be an issue if we don’t pay close attention! Thanks for sharing Billy!👊🏻😁🙏👍🏻
Rangers are absolutely great!!! I have a couple and always keep my eyes open for good deals! A little cleanup and good to go!!! Great stuff ! I enjoy the cleanup and resto videos!!👊🏻👍🏻😁🙏
Very nice! Lots of character. Have a great day!
I cannot find a 3OT blade amongst my parts. Wish I could help!
@@southernknifehobbyist Thanks for looking and watching. Take care.
I've seen these before and thought they were pretty cool. Yours is in fantastic condition. Thanks for sharing Billy!
Wow, you brought that sheath back to life! Looks great Billy! Thanks for sharing this with us!
HI Billy, great collection of Victorinox and Wenger knives! I love the scales on that hiker! And, I've heard others having great success with the Victorinox warranty and repair too. Your Explorer turned out great! That's an awesome model!! I'm so sorry I missed this video some how... my apologies.. Thank you for the shoutout and for showing your collection! Welcome to the SAK Pack!! Stickers will be on the way today!
Billy, it's fun to watch you clean this old Ranger up! I just picked up a Ranger jack knife for $5. They're great knives and inexpensive. Good project knives and great to carry! Thanks and Merry Christmas to you!! BTW, where did you find your little dremmel?
@@J.O.VenturesOutdoors Thanks for watching. I got the little rotary tool from Amazon. It’s the first time I used it and it worked ok. Only good for light work.
@ great! Thanks! I received your stickers btw. Mine are on their way to you.
Thanks for sharing, appreciate it brother💪
You for sure have to be careful, most of the time if it doesn't say USA somewhere on it then it is probably China made. Thanks for sharing the video my friend.
I’m gonna have to put one of those on my mile long wish list. Was that a weeble wobble on your desk?
@@Alabama-Knife-and-Tool 😆 Yes that’s a Weeble and his name…..Billy. Had him for quite some time. Can’t remember when or where I got it. Lots of things I don’t remember lately. 🤪 Take care.
@ I thought that’s what it was. Had them when I was a kid. I’m starting to get a little older and my memory isn’t as good as it used to be either. Have a great day!
Sorry I don't have many extra parts. I'll keep an eye out though. Great project!
@@J.O.VenturesOutdoors Thanks!
I have several and will check to see it its the same model.
@@PerfectBlade-zt9rz Thanks. I know it’s a long shot, but gotta try. Take care.
Great knife and great video!
@@Alabama-Knife-and-Tool Thanks for watching and take care.
Brother it turned out good. I love those old Camillus knives. They made quality knives not only for themselves but several other Companies also. Media blaster was a good idea. Thanks for sharing it
@@dougwatkins5441 Thanks for watching Doug. Take care.
Camillus stands tall in American made pocketknives. If I had to guess I would say they have made more knives than any American co. They held contracts with so many different companies. I absolutely love them!
@@RonaldNorwood-kn4bo Thanks for watching. Gonna be looking for more Camille’s knives in the future. Take care.
Plum purdy brother!👊🏻😁
That’s a sweet multitool! Being a multitool nut I’d say that is a true banger brother!👊🏻😁🤘🏻
Congrats my brother
Bless your heart brother. Rocking the babies is such a wonderful ministry. God bless you brother.
Billy, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Hoping your Thanksgiving is Blessed! Wow, that's really nice to hear about your volunteering, caring for babies! Amen. Thank you, Lord For all we have. And for being with us. And for caring people, like Billy. Happy Thanksgiving to our American friends and neighbors! God Bless You All.
@@lyleh8533 Thanks for the kind words. Have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving. Take care.
Thank you kindly. Have a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving, too. Take care. Hope your Thanksgiving is very nice. Blessings to you too.

Great video! Thanks 🙏
Congrats
With those SW's, the older the better. In '74, my grandmother gave all the grandkids the small, 2.5" 2-blade Schrade. Came across mine only yesterday, in my nightstand. It gave me cause to stop and spend a moment to think about her, the significance of family and some amazing years gone by. I did the same for my daughter when she turned 10. She's 30 now, and will occasionally text me a pic of her holding it, just to let me know she still shares the value of our tradition. She'll get mine one day and will know exactly what it is and what it represents. ❤
Awesome memories! Glad you were able to continue the tradition. I passed on my first Barlow (from the late 70's) to my 13 yr. old grandson. He's loving knives! Take care.
My every day career is a old timer 60T
U got my attention ,,, old schrade . Got a handful of old schrade .
Got a couple of those myself. Gonna leave them to my son when i pass away. Hes got a long wait.😂
I got the exact same knife and sheath
Absolutely perfect Paw-Paw tiner on that thang!!! 💯👍🇺🇲🔥🗡️
Please check out the knife doctor videos you will learn alot from him. GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸 🙏
@@howardkayecrabyman 😆 It’s all his fault I got started collecting and cleaning knives. Take care.
Looks good my friend. Those white/ cream handles are cool looks like they were trying to imitate bone.
@@Cooks-carvings Thanks for watching. Take care.
I think it turned out great!
@@h4rry4x44 Thanks!
Very nice job!!! Those came with covers that were brown around the edges, then faded toward the center to a cream color.. that one is in very good condition, prolly from the mid 60's !!! It should/will give years of use now. 💯🔥🇺🇲🙏🗡️👍
@@BarlowBrigade Thanks for watching! I’ll be carrying this one for a while. Take care.
I've got a couple of Ozark trail knives and there's not a thing wrong with either of them.I never could find those Orange ones. I think when i found out about them it was too late lol Good video Billy
@@dougwatkins5441 Yep so far each one that I’ve bought has been a great knife for the price. For what I use them for worth every penny. Take care.
Hey there Billy I know exactly where you're coming from you clean and clean and barely make any progress. The only thing I can think of is I've had some luck with soaking the knife in straight hydrogen peroxide I had mixed results but it's worth a try. Good looking decals I've never saw a holographic sticker very neat. Good luck brother
@@dougwatkins5441 Thanks for watching. I’ll have to try that sometime. Never thought of that. Take care.
Gotta watch them handles when polishing them with that dremel... They'll burn the plastic up... looks good bro... Should be happy... I'd cherish this knife.. ✌️👍🙏Good job my friend.
@@davidstalter6006 yea I did get a little rambunctious and left a few marks from the wire brush. Still looks good tho. Take care.
Turned out looking sweet!!!
@@Hunting4Hookers Thanks . Turned out better than I expected. Take care.
Just removed the scales on a super tinker. Bought some white scales I’m dying orange!!!
That's pretty sweet, Billy. Very nice when finished. Enjoy carrying your nice SAK.
