Try placing the strap buckle on the outer instead of placing the buckle on the inner side,hopefully that will help .

I purchased a handbag from fashionphile. It sat in my closet for over a year and I never actually utilized it. I paid over a thousand Canadian for the bag. I requested a quote from fashionphile. The bag was in the exact condition in which I purchased it along with the tag attached from fashionphile and my purchasing number. I checked to see whether the bag was being offered and it was, for roughly $900 to a thousand American dollars, roughly what I had paid for the bag. I assumed that they would offer me something like 600 to $700 American for it. Nope, they offered me 300. I was shocked at the profit margin this company was using. Plus, they have multiple complaints in the better business bureau website. Seems as though most of them are due to fraudulent shipments. Fashionphile claims that they did not receive the item or when they did get the box it was empty.

I got this bag a week ago and had already watched your videos regarding the strap detachment problems, so made sure to attach all my straps the correct way. However, the crossbody strap still detached on me twice within that week. Not sure what to think about that! Other than that, great versatile bag. I got it in the chalk color as I’ve been wanting a white bag. I like that the chalk color is off-white.

You open the clasp and put through the hole then attach the clasps and pull. That way it doesn’t come undone when you open the bag. You must open the clasp a little or it won’t go through the hole. I just got this bag in the white and blue, I don’t know what it’s called, is why I’m commenting 1 year later, lol. 😂

If you could find an artisan who could make a Birkin bag, like H Q D U P S , and if you had the opportunity to buy the exact same Hermès leather, same hardware, and pay a tenth of that, I highly doubt you would buy it ethically
