$2500 a week is easy. You need couriers that pay "per load".....not "per hour". You dont want paid for your "time" because time is limited. You want paid for each service you provide. I had a friend that drove less than 5 miles and made $130. You just have to "stack" trips and keep searching for better opportunities. You can also sub-contract work to others....to increase your weekly pay

but you also use other common sounds in your video, where do you buy them? And what if I use the youtube sound library itself, could the chanel even then get demonetized?

I have an original idea but stuck on a few things. Almost all the videos I've review have no Ads at any point (which makes since if you are trying to relax!). So how are creators monetized on and making a income on TH-cam without Ads? Secondly, How do you prove to TH-cam in a dispute that it is originally produced content?

This doesn’t make sense you’re telling us to make up our own sound and video or pictures of our own. But I have seen Halloween ambience videos that are graphics. How come they are not getting demonetized they have been put out recently, especially with the Halloween season those are definitely not real pictures of witches and ghosts and pumpkins, and all the things so none of this really makes sense to me.

I have a question @samuel-b-me... so I've chosen the ambient niche and I've subniched myself in the Divine Feminine niche. It started out good and I even got several thousand views on a few of my videos, but I had to take a break for a few weeks and now I'm starting all over again and wanting to make my content even more unique. Mainly with my audio as I create my videos myself. You say I NEED to be recording the audios myself :/ I'm not sure how to do this without buying an entire band?? My style of music consists of a large variety of wind & string instruments, hz frequencies and my vocals. I normally use tech to create the instrumentals, add in the frequencies and my vocals myself in an editing software. Is that not going to fly with youtube??

Exactly, you can't just slap on some stock video and stock images, you have to make an effort. It might even require a bit of travel to get the sound and images that you need.

If it sounds too good to be true... You know the rest. I think if it were this easy, no one would be working. Make sure your editing software requirements are compatible with your computer. It of course has to meet minimum specs.

When you say that you've got a list of 30 or video titles in your video, can we just copy the titles with our own content and spin on it?

Be careful and think through the insurance aspect of delivery driving using your own insurance. Example: In 2022 i was in a collision doing a Uber Eats delivery. I was not at fault. I reported to Uber Eats immediately from the ambulance. That was the Last time i heard from Ubereats. The driver that caused the accident was under insured. I had a broken ankle and was out of the delivery driver business due to 4months on the sofa and 4 months of therapy. I had insurance but gig work wasnt covered. I found out the hard way. Not only was I badly injured im still dealing with swollen ankle everyday possibly for the rest of my life. I lost my car because it was totalled and no insurance paid for another vehicle. After a lawyer who took most of the payout i ended up with chump change. Please carry the proper insurance and dont take it lightly.

It all comes down to how much effort you want to put in. You’re your boss at that point. It of people want to stay in town. Stay local. Do the easy opportunities. Yeah you are not going to make much. I average 1200-1800 a week with only Lyft. Sometimes more if I do a 7th day. 10-12 hours a day. I drive all over southern Cali. From Los Angeles to San Diego and everything in between. I have the luxury of having no ties holding me back so I can be gone all day.

Some good advice here. It is possible and I managed to get monetised a year ago - had to submit a video appeal to TH-cam initially as they assumed my work was reused content. I come from a film-making background and content creators need to spend the time to learn the craft. The audio side is actually harder for this type of thing as you really need to record consistent sound with no surprises for your audience. For example if they’re using your video for sleep they don’t want anything distracting that takes them out of it. Good luck!

Great video, so many 'driving as contractor' youtubes don't mention insurance(!) which could bankrupt you if you get in a collision, or the vehicle is broken into, and BTW- don't forget self-employment tax in the USA on any income. LOOK before you leap in is always good advice.
