it’s funny how the Maverick gets so much crap for it being unibody. so was the Jeep cherokee and that is a legendary vehicle. I love my Maverick!!

I heard about about CV Axles of lifted Mavericks failing about 6k miles. Is this something you've dealt with?

It's classified as a truck by Ford. so call it what it is... I like it it's a nice TRUCK.

I am thinkin of offloading my 18 F150 after Ford replaces the 5.0 due to oil consumption. I think this setup would suit me really well with a leveling kit. What’s your fuel mileage as it sits?

This is exactly, precisely how I'll be using my Maverick (if it ever arrives). I'm a hunter, but 85% of my driving is just basic commuting and errands around town. I don't need a full size pickup. The Maverick is perfect for my needs.

Can't wait to get mine, it's more of a "ranger" for me than the new ones are. Loved my old baywatch mobile, rest in piece your piece of crap.

Like your video and mod. Question? Are you aware of the 2023 Tremor Maverick supposedly being introduced? I am new to off-roading, and was wondering if you thought it would be quite capable? I've seen a bunch of different youtubers post reviews and opinions on the Bronco Sport Badlands, and I'm starting to believe this new, proposed Maverick Tremor will be very similar. Love to hear your thoughts since you have what you have, and have lifted it and have the AWD Ecoboost. Thanks ahead of time :-)

This should really be the stock height for the maverick. At least when you add the FX4 package

Sweet truck. This is like a leatherman tool or Swiss Army knife or something. It’s gonna do what you need it to do. Take you on bad terrain, haul stuff and people, and still be safe and economical. What’s not to like?

How do you like the cactus grey after you’ve had it for a while? I have a silver xlt hybrid on order but saw my first one on vacation and the silver isn’t a bright clean looking silver like I like. Im considering changing my Oct 8 order to cactus green but it looks a little green so wondering if you still like yours after owning it a few months.

Are your 245/R17s just in those standard FX4 rims?

This is the exact truck that I need for work. I worked construction for years and 90 percent of the people driving to there jobs sites have massive truck just to carry there tool belt and hard hat (including myself). I don't need a full size truck And neither do most people that own one. And a new full sized base model truck is around 30000 dollars. That I'd extremely expensive for a vehicle that will get beat up with tools. So this cheap little truck is perfect.

do you have an actual lift or is it just a leveling spacer kit that puts all of the CV angles off?

just got mine done and went do alignment they said camber is not adjustable, where you buy the alignment components? camber bolts maybe? help lolz

I bought a subaru forester xt for this very purpose, to make it to my feeder with little to no problems, however, I have a 20 mile commute to work each day so MPG mattered. I buy my vehicles cash so for the money I had and the mileage I wanted, I could not afford a truck at the time, cant wait for a few years of the maverick to go by, it might be what I trade my Forester in for.

Hey there joe, I live out west and I'm super interested in buying a Maverick. I hunt alot of elk and muleys. Do you think the bed could fit something much bigger than a whitetail in it? Also what kind of gas mileage do you get in your maverick with it being kitted out for offroad and hunting capabilities?

The fuel mileage will be better than the odometer tells you because a taller tire travels further with each revolution.
