This made me fucking cry I was finishing up my freshman year of high school and I remember that my local high school here in NY had a moment of silence for the lives that were lost this day. I saw all of this on the news and I couldn't stop crying and praying and grieving for these students and their friends and families that were impacted greatly from the storm. I found this so wholesome about the butterfly being a wholesome trend for these people. I too was in grief and trauma myself because I was so heartbroken. I can't believe it's already been 13 years since this traumatic event. 🙏🏻✝💜

I lost friends in Joplin myself. The butterfly people is true it has to be 15 to 20 kids that never met each other saying the same thing is either true or a big hoax but I believe it's true. God sends angel to protect his children when it's not their time to go. Every person has a check out time pre determined buy the lord and know this earth is just a test for the after life. And it is a place to raise children . But nobody knows their checkout time or how they die either if it's not your time you will survive but if it is your time well i will leave it alone.

If they weren’t real, then nothing would explain why those people lying on the ground outside were protected with no injuries. That wouldn’t be physically possible with the amount of force that moved through the area over them and all the damage it caused all around them. Tornado winds just don’t miss a spot in the middle. There’s also countless stories how certain objects that were family heirlooms made of glass and other delicate materials would be found untouched when nothing else remained intact, huge heavy things. In the natural it doesn’t make any sense at all. With all the experiments in the world it wouldn’t be possible. There is a God and many supernatural beings and angels. They have assignments in this world and God has his reasons for saving and taking others. How much more comfort were the people given that were taken.

I'm a retired cop. Early in my career a very good detective that I worked with always told me" no one is missing they are somewhere, we just have to find out where that somewhere is." In the case of Mike Hearon(sp) I have continually heard that he may have run up on criminal activity and been kidnapped/murdered. I have always wondered if any evidence of criminal activity was ever found in the area. One thing I have seen is that criminals such as drug manufacturers and even moonshiners leave evidence of their operation , no matter how well they sanitize the area.

I know this area very well. You can’t imagine the amount of isolation unless you’ve seen it. No trees. No mountains. Just flat plains with some extremely rough breaks. The only way I think she possibly survived is if she managed to circle around to highway 200 again. There by the next morning her only chance of getting out of the area unnoticed would be if picked up by someone not local or in the neighboring communities. There is literally no paved roads to the north. She would run into the Missouri River first in about 30 miles. Farm houses can be 10s of miles apart and as soon as they started searching or the story got out she would not have gone unnoticed if she showed up looking for help or a ride. And while I’m sure McCone county did an extensive search it’s still like a needle in a haystack. Also there is no fresh water. No rivers or streams. There could be puddle from run off or a recent storm but the ground quickly turns it extremely nasty. So in my mind she didn’t survive. It’s a very sad situation no matter what.

If that’s true (that’s the kids saw them as protection in this horrifying event) then why were they all described as “butterfly people?”

I believe in angels. My dad saw men in suits all around us when we were in the emergency room together. He nearly died several times in his last year. I had lots of difficulty letting him go. I hoped he would get better but he didn’t. He saw my uncle Billy as well. He and Billy were very close until Billy died ten years before him. I saw my mother as a young woman in my dreams after she died. You can’t expect to know everything in life because we don’t know much really about our world or any other worlds.

I'm not sure, but listening to Joan Risch's story and the fact she was clutching her stomach and holding something red leads me to believe she might have been stabbed by someone. It was also odd how one sighting points out someone was in the driver's seat of a car outside her house. I doubt the fact she was checking out or reading books covering unexplained mysteries or disappearances had anything to do with it, and is just some spooky coincidence.

In all these stories people were guided or reassured and survived. That says volumes about the nature of these “third men”. How would a hallucination have the knowledge to direct one on how to survive? I don’t wonder about the nature of these beings. I know who they are.✝️
