thank you This video is part of the curriculum. We offer online courses for Exempalr Global International Insulation Certification (IIC) LV1, LV2. This is a very detailed vocational training course. IIC LV1 (76 lessons) / IIC LV2 (46 lessons) Refer (www.eginsulation.co.kr) However, since KRISO is a public institution in Korea, it provides free education only to the people of Korean. This is for instructional purposes only, no screws are used. In the case of cryogenic insulation, there may be damage to the vapor barrier, so the SS Band can be firmly fixed without using screws and without pressing the insulating material with the "V" Cut (applied to the pipe). The practical training course is thermal insulation using MW, but it is integrated and educated with a method that does not use screws.

I don't understand why a layer of insulation put on the cladding again? cladding (jacketing) is always the last layer.
What went in between the insulation materials looks like a jacket, but it is aluminum foil. (My model has no explanation, sorry for any misunderstanding.) Covering each layer with aluminum foil is to quickly spread the heat so that the cryogenic insulation material receives a stable constant temperature. (Insulation materials shorten their lifespan due to contraction/expansion stress.) Note: Sometimes acoustic insulation is constructed with Mineral wool + SS cladding + Mineral wool + SS cladding. This is constructed to increase the efficiency of sound energy conversion (mineral wool) and barrier.
