Thanks man
You got it
Try something else buddy
Yeah, like slowing down. Also, if you do any chest work, this exercise is unnecessary. Unless you are on gear and your muscles can take an extra beating, don’t waste your time.
Why? This was super fun
Nice set bro 💪
Thanks my friend 💪
@ yessir
We call this gym clutter. Guys taking up women’s exercises and space. You could do that weak ass shit at home. Don’t know why you would wanna show people you do that??
I appreciate your comment. I don’t like to do this exercise at home because it has put a scrape on my wall with my shoes. His best done at the gym with a solid Wall. This is a phenomenal exercise for lower back, glutes, and calves.
One more thing, this channel is mainly used by my Fitness coaching clients. Any of my clients are women who want alternative exercises, especially when they want to perform the exercise in an area that isn’t as public in the gym.
Never seen this before,I might give it a try
Cheating is a tool. You're a fool for dismissing it outright.
Good point about viewing it as a tool for growth. This video is targeted toward the general public that most often overload their shoulders in a biceps curl. Thanks for the comment.
partials are good but using full range of motion to fully stretch the bicep isnt cheating, using too heavy weights that causes you to swing and use your back is cheating. combine these partials at the end of some full range of motion curls and you're on to a winner
this isnt a partial? hes just saying to slow down on the decline, this is a full rep....
Great points! Exercises like the preacher curl are specifically designed to isolate certain parts of the biceps, helping to build different areas without heavily involving the shoulder muscles. Since shoulders are one of the most commonly injured muscles for many people, could it be that traditional bicep curls are contributing to these shoulder injuries?
Be sure to read the description in my videos. Specifically, I added details about how to think through the role of the elbow during a biceps curl to achieve a full range of motion. This process is often highly individualized, as factors like bone length and overall body structure can significantly influence your technique and movement pattern.
Las patillas jajaja
Great point but what are exercises, weights, and rep count?.............
3 Tips to Grow Arm Muscles 1. Focus on Compound Movements for Maximum Stress** Choose exercises that allow you to lift heavier weights, like chin-ups, pull-ups, dips, and close-grip bench presses. These movements not only engage your arms but also target other muscle groups, allowing for more overall muscle growth and strength. 2. Train Across High and Low Rep Ranges Incorporate both heavy, low-rep sets (e.g., 4-8 reps) and lighter, high-rep sets (e.g., 10-15 reps). This variety targets Type 2 muscle fibers (responsible for explosive strength) while also improving endurance and muscle definition. 3. Warm Up Daily to Boost Recovery Light warm-up exercises such as band curls, tricep extensions, or dynamic stretches can be done daily to improve blood flow and prepare your arms for tougher workouts. These also help with recovery and mobility. 💪 My Routine: I train arms alongside my back, chest, and on a dedicated arms day for balanced growth and optimal muscle engagement. This routine ensures both direct and indirect activation of my biceps and triceps throughout the week.
@XFitCoaching thank you very much. You have earned my subscription.

What do most of your evening meals look like?
@ prices of deer meat and vegetables
leg press kills the lower back, especially with overload so i just stopped them all around. i still use it to do my calf presses though. definitely burns like a mfr
What exercises do you do throughout the week to build your lower back?
@@XFitCoaching i do bridges, forearm planks, back extensions. my SI joints are very solid, i also have a slipped disk so i figured certain things i should just stop doing
Bro is that zechtechtturrfs?

Thanks this helped alot and I’ve been having this sweet taste in my mouth for months now at first I thought it was normal but then I talked to my mom and she said it’s not and I don’t mind the sweet taste because i love sweets lol but when it gets to a point when you feel like you’re going to throw up that’s a problem and I also have other problems with my mouth like it feels tight my tongue gets swollen it feels like something’s on my face and I also get a sour taste in my mouth so yeah alot of mouth problems and I’ve been to plenty of doctors and they don’t know what to do you have any suggestions for me 🤔🤷🏾♂️
Thanks for sharing, and I’m glad the video helped! It sounds like you’ve been dealing with some pretty uncomfortable symptoms for a while. While I’m not a medical professional, there could be a few things to explore: 1. Hydration and Diet: Sometimes, dehydration or certain foods can cause unusual tastes in the mouth. Try increasing your water intake and cutting back on sugary or acidic foods for a bit to see if that helps. 2. Allergies or Sensitivities: Swollen tongue or tightness in the mouth could be a sign of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to certain foods or environmental factors. You might want to track when these symptoms occur and check for any patterns. 3. Gut Health: The sour taste and other symptoms could also point to gut health issues, like acid reflux or a bacterial imbalance. Consider asking your doctor about this or maybe even seeing a specialist. 4. Mental Fitness and Stress: Stress can also manifest in strange physical ways, including in your mouth. Incorporating daily mental fitness, such as mindfulness or stress-reducing exercises, might be something to try, especially if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed. Definitely keep pushing for answers, and maybe explore seeing a dentist or a gastroenterologist if you haven’t yet.
@@XFitCoaching hey thanks so much for replying I completely forgot I made that comment like 10 months ago good news the sweet taste went away I still have it every now and then but when I do I keep telling myself my mouth is supposed to taste like water or regular spit that’s not sweet and I have been drinking alot of water I still eat alot of sugary foods but when I do it just sometimes leaves a sour taste and my mouth and my dentist found out what was causing the tightness I was clinching my jaw in my sleep so they gave me a mouth gard and it’s been helping I still have a little bit of tightness but it’s not as bad as before it was like everyday all the time so yeah it’s alot better now
is this a better variation you prefer over 90 degrees palm facing forward ?
I like to do both - depending on the area of the deltoids that I want to emphasize - in this case the middle deltoid is the focus area.
damn. what did you use for dumbbells?
I have DBs that scale from 20s to 120s. Did I answer your question?
@@XFitCoaching I was wondering what's the heaviest dumbbells you can do for reps?
I got it after barfing
Haha
Exactly like it feels like I’m going to throw up sometimes but I don’t and sometimes it doesn’t it just feels sweet for no reason and I also have other mouth problems like sometimes I also get a sour taste in my mouth and my tongue gets swollen and my mouth also feels tight and like I don’t mind the sweetness most of the time but it’s getting to a point where it’s not normal and non of my mouth problems are normal
I was thinking what is going on with me, I'm on zero carb diet and my mouth / saliva is taste sweet.
It is a wild realization.
@XFitCoaching is it normal though
I keep getting this sweet taste and when I check, I'm in ketosis. I have accepted it as a sign of ketosis for me, no keto flu or anything negative. I think I'll embrace it and learn to make the most out of it. When I don't have strips, I'll use that to know I'm in ketosis and burning fat!
Indeed. Lean into it. ;o)
❤❤❤😊
Thanks

What do you mean?

Hello! I loved your video! I've been trying to research for a vid like yours that educates everything in this vid. 🧑🏻⚕️ The idea at 1:04 is my fav.
