where can you purchase it cant find any where that sells the game

Would like to get this cartridge but costs alot to ship to UK need to know if this runs on Atari 2600+ after all the firmware updates before I Buy?

This might be my favorite 2600 game. The new maps make it better than the arcade version.

I'm pretty new to retro games and have fallen in love with the Atari and Intellivision. So good to see cool videos like this around to get some ideas for what to try next and Popeye looks crazy fun. I know what I'm playing today now.

I had that game for my ColecoVision.

I almost got a 7800 but all my friends back then got the NES and got the NES. No regrets at all.

I don't know if you figured this out in the middle of the stream, but you were asking about the number in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. That's the number of white enemies you have left to destroy in order to clear the sector. I'm not sure if you still have my address so I will email it to you for the cards and the stickers. My Raspberry Pi is definitely dead. I can't even get the SD card out, it's stuck in the Pi. I discovered this when I tried to pull it out and then put it back in to see if it would boot up, but the SD card is stuck. It's almost like it's seared to the inside of the Pi (I don't know if that is a common thing but I don't think it's fixable.) I'm going to be limited to what I can play whether I'm good at the game or not.

Atari 800 version was one of the if not the first version to ever be released.

I think we finally found a game that's "jankier" than NES Joust. Walking through the monsters while they are inflated DOES work, but on this version who knows? Just make sure you are on the other side of the monster when you do that otherwise they will deflate right on top of you. It looks like my rapid inflating trick would NOT work on this version either. Like I said, "janky."

This was the 1st Dig Dug version and the first A8 game I owned on my 1200XL. The later port of the 5200 Dig Dug version is a lot more playable IMO.

Sterling Terrace

This game is SSSSOOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER than that "Recharged" crap. Don't sell yourself short Phil, you seem to be really good at Elevator Agent, Scramble, and Aardvark to name three off the top of my head. Tip time: The eggs are NEVER too big to push, you were trying to push them through a red wall and your spider can't move through red walls in the web. What you're doing wrong in Wave 5, and Wave 8 is your shooting that train of bugs in the middle of it which causes all the segments to fly off in different, random directions. Stop shooting, get to the spot on the web directly across from it then open fire at the head and hold fire in that direction. If you do it right, each segment will go in a straight line following the head, and your rate of fire is so fast you'll take out all the segments before they even reach you. If done right, those waves should take mere seconds.

For whatever reason I missed out on this one back in the day and I loved all the Vector Games so maybe my local arcade just didn’t have it … but it sure looks like a whole lotta fun!! Thanks

Man, if I would've had this on my 7800 back in '86, I would've been the coolest kid on the block! Sounds great and functions very well!

Unfortunately, I won't be able to participate in the September Ninja Contest. With my Raspberry Pi being dead 🪦 I have no access to any of these games except Balloon Fight. I have that on a flash cart. That's kind of a shame too because I'm really good at arcade Donkey Kong. I'm not much of a Balloon Fight player and I've seen folks in this little community of channels rack up some pretty high scores on Balloon Fight. Better luck in October I guess ☹

why didn't you using the original patterns on the regular pac-man boards? if the ghosts are programed correctly then the original patterns should cause the exact same responses in them.

I played Popeye to death on the 5200. It was so much fun!

I played Joust and got a pretty high score but realized that the nes version doesn't have a screen that you can pause with your score once you get a game over and it doesn't seem to save high scores. It just goes back to the main menu. Maybe I'm missing something?

The Coleco Vision was a damn beast when it released which was a full 2 years after they finished the design. The Coleco Vision engineers were very, very good.

I may get a couple of the games but the console is not for me. I dont like wireless controllers. Emulation lag is even more pronounced with wireless controllers. No official firmware update outside a beta for the 2600+ so at best the 7800+ is still an incomplete product
