What about a staple that's half way up like half of them usually become when you rip out carpet. It's a convenient tool I'd say but same as a pick really

I tried the big staple popper on my livingroom floor and it worked amazing. I had stairs to do as well. So i got the mini. The mini really came in handy im so glad my friend recommended these.

I was re doing the carpet in my whole house. I tried just using a scraper like I saw here on TH-cam but it didn’t work well for me at all so I bought the staple popper and the staple popper mini as a package deal and let me tell you it was well worth the money. It saved me a lot of time and got every staple out of the hardwood floor without a problem. Definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend.

This tool works great. I bought the package deal with the staple popper mini included. I did my living room and dining room all in about 20 minutes. It got out all the staples without breaking off any of them. Even the ones I thought were to far into the wood. I would recommend this tool to anybody.

I bought the package deal with the staple popper and the staple popper mini. They saved me so much time and aggravation. These tools are easy to use and don't cause any pain or cramps in your hands while using them. I would highly recommend these to anybody doing their own tear outs on hardwood floors.

This is a great tool I used it on my staircase and it only took me about 45 minutes to do the entire staircase .Highly recommend getting one of these tools.

will this work with mini staples? i just pulled up a section of my dining room floor to find a ton of MINI staples and I dont have anything smalle enough to use to pull them. i tried a crow bar, a hammer, a fork, needlenose pliers and even a butter knife and nothing is small and strong enough.

I did a carpet rip out job for a friend and used this tool. this tool made it so easy to get the staples out. I have to stress that am not a flooring professional, the staple popper was simple to use and allowed me to finish the job in one day.
