@ It really depends of the specific exercise, but keep in mind that nowadays Cvetan is heavily focused on armwrestling table time. Probably it's 90% of his work.

If I trust my pronation against a specific opponent, I go deeper. Otherwise, it could be a more shallow grip. In the strap, it's less containment, mostly working with the bottom two fingers.

Sometimes, the problem comes not from the pronation itself but from the other areas of the armwrestling chain (remember everything works in unison). For example, it could be an insufficient side/back pressure movement. After all, the pronation itself can not overcome the upcoming force alone. Cvetan has very strong elbow flexors and back pressure that aid support for his pronation. Other than that, we have a video of his most favourite pronation tool, which is called 'develop bulletproof pronation'. There's more than that alone, of course.

My friend has a kings move and he barely trains it and bend his arm bends beyond 180⁰ degrees, lol. A sort of lack of range of motion could help, but to reduce the move to only it it's so ridiculous, there's no way he actually understands the movie properly and have this opinion on it.

I agree. Cvetans km has no bone lock lol I think Janis is refusing to believe that the arm starts to create muscles in different places that assist with rotation. If you focus on any particular lifting exercise and do it with repetition for years but don't fully extend your arm when you complete the rep, the tendons will not open up all the way lol Cvetan, MMT, and Devon train the same rotation and their arms are fully custom to that specific move.

Unfortunately, they don't care about that

They'd pull but they'd get crushed. I could think of a few people around 200 who would be a good fight. As for Yordan... Also no... he'd have to pull a few people in succession...I mean no one for Yordan.
