I'm a self proclaimed eggspert.... Try adding the salt to the raw egg, also add two tablespoons of milk or water. Let set 10-20 minutes. This will allow the protein chains to further break down. Cook med-low like you did and stir frequently or constantly until desired consistency. This is french style eggs.
These are good tips! I personally don’t like adding salt before cooking the eggs because of the way the texture can change, but I do usually beat the eggs then rest for a few minutes then beat them again right before cooking. Thanks for watching!
No black pepper is a crime
😂 black pepper does go good with scrambled eggs but I don’t always add it.
I've never thrown in slices of American cheese, but I have thrown in shredded cheese from a bag.
Can’t go wrong with whatever cheese you have on hand 👍🏻 but the American cheese comes out extra creamy.
I did 2 cheese slices for 2 eggs just now I’m currently eating them these are the best cheese eggs I’ve ever made 9.9999/10

What number do you cook it on?
Somewhere between the 3 and 4 on my stove but yours may be different. Start lower and work your way up.

I grate cheese on top of fried eggs to give them a crunchier crust but if I'm lazy I usually just add a slice on top of an over easy.

Try the frozen omelets that u microwave for just 2 min they are so good i add a bit of extra cheese on top 1.5 min in and its a super tasty and quick and easy omelet
Not sure I’ve seen frozen omelettes at my grocery store but I’m definitely going to check now!
@@dannypwhite the brand is Egg-lands Best its in the frozen breakfast aisle they r pretty thick and filling I cook them in the microwave (leave the plastic on but cut one end off) 1min then flip cook 30sec add extra cheese on top and sometimes a little extra inside then microwave for about 30 to 40sec leave the microwave closed for another 30sec and it will continue to melt after u pull it out I add salt and pepper on top they are super easy and just as good they have 3cheese and ham and cheese im disabled so being able to make something quick easy yummy and filling before I take my meds is amazing

Easy to clean, don’t have to wait for a pan to heat up, consistent cook. It’s not necessarily better than cooking in a pan, just a different way to do it.

I don’t think an oven works for steaming chicken or boiling pasta.

S&P, garlic powder, that's it!? That's seasoning? Oh lord that's the whitest person possible bland meal ever! Could have been phenomenal but.....and seriously chicken breasts cook quickly, roast them and the flavor will be so much better and you can roast them in a pot you'll make your roux in, imagine how much better that would be....sacrilege!!

The timing & power for the microwave could be more finely adjusted by putting in boiling water to start cooking.

You used the oven.. so it's not just microwave chicken.... Oh well.
Fair enough 😅 the oven gives it a nice crispy top but it’s not necessary for a yummy creamy chicken pasta so that step can be skipped if you want

You know your microwave will explode if you use metal?
Hasn’t happened yet 🤷♂️ According to the Anyday microwave cookware website: “It sounds nuts, but some metal is totally safe in microwaves. If the metal is rounded, it won't arc. A metal bowl, for example, is fine! But don't put in metal that is super thin (e.g. aluminum foil) or has multiple sharp corners (e.g. a fork). Science doesn’t lie!”
