From first day of build to test flight, 84 days. Ailerons are “DeHinges” (No longer made) Elevator and rudder are robart hinge points
considering roughly 4 HP then around 3 pounds per horsepower, very good power loading

CA hinges or Pinned Hinges?
He said he used both, aileron hinges are a brand no longer made and the rudder and elevator are Robart pin hinges. I use both.

I'm building one from a Sig kit right now. I'll be using a Saito .62 for power. Projected weight is between 6 and 7 lb. This is going to be a hoot! Yours is still flying, I trust.
