I was looking up Roy Kinnear because I was looking at the Watership Down cast and thought I recognized him from a Phil Collins video of all things. I am happy to say that I do know him from other things as well, that was just the first thing that came to mind. If (when) you had a Patreon, I would subscribe. I absolutely love character actors.

Great video as always! I don't know if you're looking for new actors to talk about or if he would fit with your channel as he's still pretty young but Jharrel Jerome would make for a really good video in my opinion. He's really talented and has a really interesting filmography. His most notable roles are probably Kevin in moonlight (which won best picture at the 2017 oscars) and Corey Wise in the 2019 Netflix miniseries when they see us based on the central park five (now known as the exonerated five) case which he won an emmy for. He's got other performances which I think are worth checking out, including his role in the 2020 drama Selah and the spades and his performance as the 13 foot tall main character Cootie in the Boots Reily amazon series I'm a virgo. While he has received some deserved praise as you've seen I believe he's not as talked about and underrated compared to other actors around his age. I'd also like to see your analysis of his characters/acting in general as well. Like I said before I don't know if he would fit with the types of actors you make videos about but I think he's worth looking into and you should definitely see his performance in when they see us if you haven't already even if you aren't interested in making a video about him. Anyway that's it thanks for reading this all if you did btw 🙏🩷

@@aubreewithaextrae Thank you so much for your kind words and for suggesting an actor for this series. I really appreciate it. The advantage of focusing on lesser known actors is that the pool from which to draw from is very deep and wide. The possibilities are endless! I know that I’ve only scratched the surface in terms of who to focus on and have started with those performers I’m more familiar with. However, there’s no set agenda and I’m very open to looking at actors from any era or style! I value your suggestion and from what I’ve seen of his work, I agree, he’d be really good to feature. The only challenge I foresee is that as his work is very recent often it can be difficult sourcing clips . More importantly they may also pose a challenge for TH-cam in terms of copyright. But have no fear, I really think there’s potential here so we may find a way forward regardless of any challenges. Thanks again 🙏
