You do as you would with a normal tire as well. Just go to a tire shop that you trust.

It really is a nice bike to get into riding. Our very comfortable sitting position and simplicity of the riding itself with no gears, means full focus to the riding itself. The bike is on the heavier side, but the low center of gravity makes it feel like a lighter bike.
