It was odd today as even pound bakery and greggs were closed. No costa anymore so it would definitely benefit from a coffee shop. Would love a roller rink/ ice rink. The sea aquarium as it is seems such a waste and with uk weather indoor activity is definitely what any holiday resort needs we 💯 👍 xx Did you manage to get the other bits you needed xx

Spud remembers it definitely. I don't but Spuds was born and bred here, I'm in a english imagrant lol only been here 23 years 😂 but used to love going to the fair ground. Love thinking back to how things were. It's the same in Morecambe where I'm from. Used to love the funfair there too. Morecambes history is very similar to Rhyl. Did you used to holiday here before the move? So glad you have settled in. Part of the reason we started this channel was to spread a bit of positivity as it so easy for people to berate an area rather than appreciate what's here. Have you got any favourite areas? 😊

It's unfortunate that the shops and market haven't survived the cist of living crisis. We really wish the council would consider reducing the rates. I mean they make nothing at all from empty shops 🤷

I've got to say we have never had a bad portion at Barnacles yet so would have to give them the big thumbs 👍. Will try craig y don next time and let you know unless you get there before us. £40 -£50 per night seems extremely good value. Will look into that. Thank you for your comment 😊

@@outandaboutwithus I've had very awful greasy chips from there on a few occasions. It might be look of the draw.. I don't know.

Through covid the goats ran a muck through the town, munching on residents gardens 🤣 It's a good job the place is beautiful with our great British weather. There are special days where Mostyn Hall opens the gardens for visitors. Have you been to see the seals 🦭 on the little orme yet? Footstep count was definitely up that day 😊 Will you be returning? Blackpool bound again soon and alton towers though we hope the weather is better this year 😂 We rescued a little black ferral kitten last year, she is beautiful and her mum still visits for her meals. So much wildlife on the ormes we were spoilt for choice 😊

@outandaboutwithus nice in grand because I was the first youtuber to actually help the place 😀, met maintenance manager, spoke off camera had a very interesting meeting and the rest is history 😉 I'm sure they would do but worth calling them or checking out their menu online

@prashsupertravels will do ty. Yes our channel is all about the positive and the Grand videos seem to pin point the negative. Gonna book a stay there to show the positives and they had bingo!!! What more can you ask for on a rainy 🌧 night stay 😊

Amazing. It still baffles us how people say they can't live without WiFi but whole communities lived with out electric on the beach in shacks and buses. It's mind-blowing. Oooh hi there, I've not been to Whitley bay for years!!!!! There is something to be said when your from a seaside town and you still get the pull to visit other seaside towns. Llandudno feels like it still has a strong sense of traditional seaside that we love, so much character. Love the fact you guys are planning to return 😊

Oh hell it certainly left us with an horrendous hang over. We usually drink ciroc and don't normally feel so ruff (though the quantities weren't quite the same) 😂

They were amazing

There is still plenty of reasons to visit, the beach is huge, beautiful sunsets, the harbour area. Cheeky donuts, a bag of chips and hit the 2p machines. It needs investment just like most places but sometimes appreciating the simple things is to easy and you can miss out ☺️

@Michael-bk1ux as I say investment is needed buts much better than some of the cities and towns we visit

In Welsh 'LL' is pronounced 'CL' so Llandudno is pronounced CLandudno 😊☺️

A visit to the great orme and little orme due, weather wasn't looking to promising when we were there, there was a rain storm threatened

We haven't been to James' on a few years as we had one bad portion and it put us off. Previously to that was always our choice as a portion could feed a family and their saly n pepper chips where amazing. Will go back and give it another go, we have been using Karl's on station rd. Favourite chippy in the area is Les and Rita's in Rhyl for chips but me (Hetty) being vegan Barnacles has to be a hands down winner for choice. Are you locals or holiday makers? Many thanks. We would class as a silver as it features open plan lounge/diner kitchen with patio doors and wrap around decking. Mod cons such as a dish washer, en suite and family bathroom and beds made up on arrival. What stops it being a gold would be lack private parking and maybe the age of the caravan although it's in good condition and well maintained and has a modern look. 😊

In honesty I wouldn't know but there isn't a huge amount of cultural diversity here yet more when you get closer to Cardiff or to the England boarder.
