In this video I put the XR100R engine back together with the new BBR top end. Putting the piston rings on and then installing the piston into the top end was definitely not a fun experience, but once it was done I was very satisfied. Hi everyone! In this video I show my new ultrasonic cleaner that I purchased for cleaning small parts. I wanted something that could clean multiple small parts at once and rinse inside enclosed things (such as old gas lanterns). In this video I continue stripping down the XR100R by dropping the engine and starting to take the engine apart. The goal is to clean up the engine, which probably hasn't been cleaned ever - the bike is from 2002 haha. It's pretty dirty.
